Mayor Fix

I hate games where I am a doc healing a sheriff's NS report from a will when mayor healing is turned off before he has used his "-vote".

It always made sense to my understanding that a doctor can stop a mafia bullet on a random town member if they have the presence of mind to successfully predict who mafia will hit.

I have no problem with mayors being unhealable due to having the large amount of votes, but it makes sense to me for them to be healable up until the point where they assume their position as mayor.

How did this happen? Did you heal and he didn't survive? Maybe he was attacked twice and that is why he died?

I've never actually thought of a Mayor role being healed before reveal. It's literally never crossed my mind. hmm

I was just a doc and he seemed to be 'trying' to act suspicious. which is nearly always either someone who doesnt want maf to kill them or a jester type. so I healed the guy and turns out hes mayor.

Just seems like that could be a possible change that would make the choice to -vote seem more relavent cuz if an invest finds a known leader in a game where theres guaranteed GF and Mayor, docs would have a 50% chance to be healing the correct target without proof until the mayor actually -voted.
