Where are you getting your information from? Both times he mentioned the unlimited votes, he implied that anyone recieving 15 votes at any point in the day would be lynched.

88- If someone reaches 25 votes before day end, and then people unvote before day end, does that person not get lynched? or do regular hammer rules apply? I'm wondering because you said day would still continue if someone reached 25 votes. Or at least, that's how I understood it.
Once the hammer vote has been given, unvoting will be disabled. People may continue to vote that person to show support for that decision or to look less scummy for not voting.
Anti-lurking content rules still apply, so people may wish to discuss why they support a lynch even though their vote won't change the results.
