    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Growing Up

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

    Infancy (Night 0):
    You do nothing.

Elementary School (Night 1, Compulsive - Action Type Varies):
Choose one of the following options:
    • Art (Inventor): Draw a non-sharp non-banned action to be performed (make sure to draw your targets, if any!) and choose as close to 5 players as possible that you do not share a chat with. Your drawing is sent out to these players at the start of the day. They are asked to try to guess what your action is. If at least one player guesses your action, you perform the action, rebalanced as if it were submitted at the start of the game, on the following Night. The player with the first guess that is 'close enough' receives a weaker version of your action to be used the following Night. This ability automatically fails if you try to communicate what the action is in any thread.
    • Sports (Manipulative): Choose no less than 1/3rd of the playerlist to invite to a pick-up sportsball game. Until the end of the next night, players within the sportsball game cannot affect players outside the list with Manipulative role actions and vice versa. They will be informed of this at SoD. You cannot use Sports more than once per game due to receiving an injury. If you die or are roleblocked before the ability ends, the effect is canceled.

Middle School (Night 2, Compulsive - Action Type Varies):
Choose one of the following options:
    • Art (Inventor): As per Elementary School, but sent to 8 players.
    • Sports (Manipulative): As per Elementary School, but it also affects Investigative and Communicative actions.
    • School Play (Communicative/Manipulative): Submit a public announcement to be posted at SoD of up to one standard Discord message (2000 characters) in length. The next time you perform a role action, you can additionally roleblock one of the action's targets.
    • Study (Buffing): For the rest of the game, your role actions are Strongwilled.

High School (Night 3, Compulsive - Action Type Varies):
Choose one of the following options:
Art (Inventor): As per Elementary School, but non-banned non-killing actions. For the rest of the game, you may give a painting to a player each night.
Sports (Manipulative): As per Elementary School, but all role actions. For the rest of the game, you may give an apple to a player each night.
Theater (Manipulative): Choose two players. Copy any non-killing actions the first is performing onto the second. For the rest of the game, you may perform a weaker version of the action you copied on a player of your choice.

An Overview of All Roles: (Part 1)

Player Alias Randed Role Submitted Role
    Aeoryi FM-Snippy
    Spoiler : Trailblazer :
    Alignment: Mafia

    Factional Abilities:
    Factional Communication
You share a permanent (Day and Night) factional chat with all other members of the Mafia.

    Tactician (Night 0 Only)
Before the night 0 action deadline, the mafia may select two factional members.
    They may swap roles.

Night Kill (Night Action, Multitaskable - Killing):
The mafia may assign a member to target another player at night with a Level 25 Wound. This factional action may be multi-tasked with role actions, but may not be multi-tasked with other factional kill actions.

Anti-Claim (Night Action, Multitaskable, Ninja - Communicative):
Choose a living player, and link to one of their posts from the game thread where they claim (part of) their role. As part of their SoD feedback, they will be told that they have received a fish. The fish does nothing. This ability does not visit and cannot be tracked or blocked. You may target several players in the same night, but each player can only ever receive one fish.

    Role: Trailblazer

    >> This role has a N0 action <<

You awaken… No memories, just a purpose to be able to help the people around you - after all they are all that’s out here. But can you really help with no memories? Thankfully, yes, though you are gonna need to get some sort of grounding. Thankfully, the Aeons seem very interested in you, so choose carefully which of them you plan to put your trust in - after all it could mean your and so many others' fate.

    Forge your own Destiny (Passive):
During Night 0 you must select your Aeon to follow in their path, and an element. You know what each element choice does, but not each Path - though you do get a general description of its Aeon. Your path selection unlocks a unique ability revealed after your choice.

Elements (Night 0, Strongman - Miscellaneous):
Choose one of the following options. You will gain the associated Passive ability for the rest of the game.
    • Ice: Frosty (Passive): The first attack against you each cycle has its level dropped. This makes standard ITAs level 1 attacks and kills instead give you 19 wound.
    • Imaginary: Creation (Passive): If a non-attacking item would be given to you increase its usages by 1. If you would be added to a private chat its duration is extended by 1 cycle which may extend it beyond the creator's death. When you die you may give another player of your choice your current path abilities for one cycle. They are informed of this and may decline.
    • Fire: Burning (Passive): All actions/ITAs/EoD votes you perform apply a stack of burning on the target. For every 2 stacks of burning a player has at the end of the day, they gain 2 Wound. If you select the Fire element N0, you must choose N1 whether or not to activate Out of Control (Passive): Whenever a burning player dies, you gain their burning stacks. The next time you would apply burning to a player, you instead transfer all stacks that are on you (resetting yours to 0). If Out of Control is active, you cannot apply burning through actions.
    • Wind Speed (Passive): Once during the game when you use a role action, you may either perform the action an additional time on a different target or refresh the used ability.
    • Quantum Devoid (Passive): If you would be added to any non-factional chats, the chat will collapse for the cycle closing it till the end of the cycle. You are informed of this upon its opening and may join it at that time or stay out.
    • Physical JUST HIT THEM WITH A BAT (Passive): The attack level of your ITAs is increased by 1.
    • Lightning Haste (Passive): On Days 2 and 3, you gain an additional ITA shot with a base attack level of 1.

Paths (Night 0, Strongman - Miscellaneous):
Choose one of the following options. You will gain an associated Active ability for the rest of the game that will be revealed to you after your choice.
    • Preservation: Those who follow the Preservation path admire patience, sacrifice and defensive behavior and follow the Aeon Qilpoth. They possess powerful defensive abilities to protect allies in various ways.
    • Remembrance: Followers of Fuli. Possesses the ability to summon a memo sprite with special abilities to fight alongside them in battle.
    • Nihility: Those who follow the "Nihility" Path admire laziness, exhaustion, and meaningless behavior and follow the Aeon IX. They apply debuffs to enemies to reduce their combat capacities.
    • Abundance: Those who follow the "Abundance" Path admire selflessness, altruism, and healing behavior and follow Yaoshi. They Heal allies and restore HP to the team.
    • The Hunt: Those who follow the "Hunt" Path admire determination, ruthlessness, and tenacious behavior and follow the aeon Lan. They deal extraordinary amounts of single-target damage. The main damage dealer against Elite Enemies.
    • Destruction: Those who follow the "Destruction" Path admire recklessness, anger, and destructive behavior they follow the Aeon Nanook. They deal outstanding amounts of damage and possess great survivability. Suitable for various combat scenarios.
    • Harmony: Those who follow the "Harmony" Path admire understanding, support, and cooperative behavior they follow the Aeon Xipe. They apply buffs to allies to improve the team's combat capacities.
    • Erudition: Those who follow the "Erudition" Path admire thinking, logic, and strategic behavior. They follow the Aeon Nous. They deal remarkable amounts of multi-target damage. The main damage dealer against groups of enemies.

    [HIDDEN FROM ROLE PM]
    Spoiler : Preservation :
My Shield (Night Action, Non-Consecutive - Protective):
Target one player other than yourself. You give that player a Shield. A Shield prevents the effects of a single Wound, Attack, or Terminate Action that would have otherwise killed the target. A player can never receive more than one Shield from this ability.
    Spoiler : Remembrance :
    Memosprite (Passive):
At the Start of Day 1, you summon a Memosprite. This is announced and players are told that it is treated as a player with no role that shares your alignment. The account is . All role actions and ITAs you take happen through the Memosprite. Your Memosprite does not contribute to determining majority. Should your Memosprite die, you can still perform Separate Point of View, but you will perform the action.

Separate Health Bars (Night Action, 1-Shot, Unrefreshable - Manipulative):
You swap places with your Memosprite, redirecting all actions to target them in place of you and vice versa. You cannot perform factional actions (if any) the Night this is used.

Separate Point of View (Night Action - Investigative):
Target one player. You learn the number of people they were visited by that Night. You may not use this ability on the same player more than once, and if it would be redirected to target a player you’ve already used it on, it fails instead.
    Spoiler : Nihility :
    DoTs (Passive):
All ITAs you do add Damage Over Time of equal value to the attack value of the shot. At the end of each Day and Night phase, you apply wound to all players with DoTs equal to the current DoT value on them.

Correction (Night Action, 1-Shot - Manipulative):
Target two players. You move the first player’s DoTs to the second player.

Chain Proc! (Night Action, 1-Shot - Killing):
Target one player. At the end of each Night phase (but not Day phase), the DoTs on this player are applied twice.
    Spoiler : Abundance :
Heal (Night Action, Non-Consecutive - Protective):
Target one player. You mend your target's wound level by 10. Once per game, if the target would die that Night, set them to one minus the max wounds instead. You are not informed when this activates. This action cannot target the same player two Nights in a row.
    Spoiler : The Hunt :
Double Down (Night Action, 2-Shot - Killing):
Double the attack value of all ITAs you perform tomorrow. When you use this action, you cannot benefit from other sources of ITA buffing until the Day ends.

    Head Strong (Passive):
The first time each Day you miss an ITA, you get an additional ITA with a base attack level of 1. This additional ITA can only be used against the target you missed against.
    Spoiler : Destruction :
    Health to Power (Passive):
Every time you survive an ITA, killing, or wounding action, you gain a stack of Strong Heart.

    Strong Heart (Passive):
For every stack, increase the attack value of your base ITA by 1 (To a cap of 5).

Recklessness (Night Action, 1-Shot - Killing):
Spend all Strong Heart stacks to deal that many wound levels to a player.
    Spoiler : Harmony :
Together! (Night Action, Non-Consecutive - Buffing):
Target a player. You grant them support, causing all their non-factional actions to become strongwilled. Tomorrow, the first time they ITA another player, it will be announced that you also shot them. You shoot their target with an ITA of Attack Level 2. This cannot target the same player twice in a row.
    Spoiler : Erudition :
    Spread Damage (Passive):
You have an additional ITA each Day, but these cannot target the same player. Your base ITA level is 1.

Backup Plan (Night Action - Investigative):
Target one dead town member. You learn who they targeted with all Investigative actions the Night they died. You also learn if any of their Investigative actions were blocked. Finally, you learn how many people targeted them on the Night they died, but not who.

Spoiler : Desert Bus Driver :
    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Desert Bus Driver

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

Drive to Las Vegas (Night, Compulsive - Manipulative):
Target one player who isn't already on the bus. They are added to the bus. If there is nobody on the bus, you may choose two players. The two people chosen are processed with the first person mentioned being processed first for the purpose of listing the people on the bus.

    Take a Break (Night, 1-shot - Manipulative):
You may perform this instead of Drive to Las Vegas. Tonight, you do not add anyone to the bus. You may optionally choose to kick everyone off as if you were Roleblocked.

    Company Mandated Greeting (Passive):
Everybody who is added to the bus learns they're on a bus to Las Vegas.

    Bus Rules (Passive):
Each player on the bus has all non-killing actions targeting them redirected to the next player on the bus.

For example, if Night 1 you added Player A to the bus, Night 2 you added Player B, and Night 3 you added Player C, every action targeting Player A would get redirected to Player B, and every action that originally targeted Player B gets redirected to Player C. No actions targeting Player C are redirected.

The hosts will update you on the current Bus List at the End of each Night, after actions are resolved.

    Not taking chances (Passive):
Killing actions are not redirected through Bus Rules.

    Shit. (Passive):
If you are ever Roleblocked, your bus breaks down and everybody gets off. Your list of passengers is erased.

    1 point (Passive):
If you ever get 8 players on the bus, you've made it to Las Vegas! You get 1 point. Your list of passengers is erased.

    [HIDDEN FROM ROLE PM]
After 1 point is gained, every instance of Las Vegas in the rolecard is replaced with Tuscon. If this condition is met again, the player gains 1 point, and every instance of Tuscon switches to Las Vegas. This then repeats.

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

As the premier public defense kitty- er, public defense lawyer in town, you will be assigned a Client to defend. It is your sworn duty to get your client off the hook, or at the very least, receive a lighter sentence for whatever "alleged" crimes they may or may not have committed. Your knowledge of legal precedence in your jurisdiction is unmatched; now, let's see if you can convince everyone else of that. Mrow!

    Pro Bastet (Passive):
    Your Client is FM-TINY SANDWICH.

Bribery is Legal if You Don't Get Caught Doing It (Night Action, 4-shot - Communicative):

Create a message of up to 100 words. The hosts will deliver this anonymously to your Client along with the next feedback (EoD or SoD). "Anonymous" means we will not confirm to your Client who the message is from, but you may claim your KRC username in the message.

9 Lives May Not Save You from Losing Your BAR License (Passive)
If your client gets eliminated by day vote or ITA, you turn into a powerless citizen. If your client dies in any other way, you still turn into a citizen and lose all previous abilities, but receive 1 bulletproof vest. Kind of like witness protection. Nya.

    Summary Judgment (Passive):
Each day your Client survives, you and your client gain an additional ITA shot for the next day with a base attack level of 3.

    Client-Nyattorney Privilege (Day Action, 1-shot - Communicative)

Your Honor, I'm Not a Cat! (Night Action, 2-shot - Manipulative)
Choose a target player to hide behind. Any actions targeting you will target them instead, but if they are targeted with a killing power you will both die. If investigated, you will show as the alignment or role of the player you hid behind. Tracking abilities will see you visit to hide, however.

You are a bird that lays eggs…. Congratulations!

    Birb (Passive)
You must make a reference to something bird-related once per Day. Submit a link to the post where you did this along with your Night Action.

Lay An Egg (Night Action - Inventor)
Target one player you do not share a factional chat with. You lay an Egg (item) at their door which they will discover at the beginning of the following Day. This Egg can either be kept or broken and will have a different effect depending on what the recipient chooses. Players who break the Egg will receive a 1 Level ITA bonus to their next ITA. Players who keep the egg will have their role actions Strongwilled on the following Night. Your target will not be told what either option does. You will receive feedback at the next EoD alerting you to what they decided.

    Parental Instincts (Passive):

    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Kerbal Mafia Program

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

    Theorize, solve, dream.

....and maybe an accident here or there.

You are the Director for a major space exploration & research program consisting of kerbals with sometimes questionable qualifications. Unfortunately, you will also need to find funding for your missions. Let's hope Mission Control can find you some lucrative contracts.

    Kerbals (Passive)
You begin the game with 5 Kerbal Astronauts (Kerbals) and 0 Funding. If you reserve a Kerbal to complete a Contract during the Day, it cannot be used to complete Mission abilities the following Night. If you assign a Kerbal to a Mission ability, you cannot use it to fulfill a Contract during the next Day.

Contracts (Day Action, Does Not Visit - Miscellaneous)
Each Day, you will be offered three Contracts that you have the resources to complete. You may choose one of these Contracts to complete. Completing Contracts will provide you with Funding for your Missions, and may allow you to hire more Kerbals.

    [HIDDEN FROM ROLE PM]
There are three pools of contracts. Each day, you receive a random contract from each pool, and can choose to complete one of them. If any contract would be picked that the target doesn’t have resources for (e.g “COST: 1 FUNDING” on d1, when they would have no funding), then it gets rerolled into another contract.

Spoiler : POOL 1 (Flat Funding Gain) :
    Government Bailout
Probably should have watched the budget better.
[COST: 0 Funding]: Gain 2 funding

    Science!
Run an experiment, or something. Gather data. You know. Science stuff.
[COST: Reserve 3 Kerbals]: Gain 4 funding.

    Resource Extraction
    Collect some space rocks!
[COST: Reserve 2 Kerbals]: Gain 3 Funding

    Downsizing
This one wasn't pulling their weight.
[COST: Lose 1 Kerbal]: Gain 5 funding.
    Spoiler : POOL 2 (Gain Kerbals) :
    Rescue Kerbal
Organize a rescue mission for a very unfortunate kerbonaut.
[COST: Reserve 4 Kerbals]: Gain 3 Funding, Gain 1 Kerbal

    Corporate Espionage
Send out your... "lobbyists"... to make friends in the competition's R&R department.
[COST: Reserve 2 Kerbals]: Gain 2 funding, gain 1 Kerbal

    New Hire
We only take the best of the best here.
[COST: 1 Funding]: Gain 1 Kerbal.
Spoiler : POOL 3 (High Cost High Reward) :
    (S) Collect Insurance
We were planning to fire them anyways.
[COST: Lose 2 Kerbals]: Gain 7 Funding

    To the Mun!
This could be our biggest mission yet - plant a flag on the Mun!
[COST: Reserve 4 Kerbals]: Gain 5 funding

    All hands
Bring everyone together - it's time to talk strategy.
[COST: Reserve all available Kerbals]: Gain 1 Kerbal, then gain 1 funding for each Kerbal you employ.
    [/HIDDEN]

Missions (Night Action, Multitaskable - Action Type Varies)
Choose from the Missions below and pay the associated cost(s). Funding spent on a Mission is lost. Kerbals assigned to a Mission become available again the next Night. If you are Roleblocked while reserving Kerbals, you lose those Kerbals permanently.
Mission Abilities marked with an "(S)" before their name are suspicious -- investigative feedback (as determined by the hosts) may appear more unfavorable of you during any night you attempt them. This may or may not include investigative effects such as Watchers on other players that normally would not produce any feedback about you -- you don't know if it will or if it won't, only that it is a possibility.
    Spoiler : Mission List :

"...when I heard a dull thud." [Cost: 1 Funding, Reserve 3 Kerbals] (Manipulative):
Orchestrate a mechanical failure / design flaw in a mission, leading to the loss of critical supplies or equipment.
Target one player. They will lose a charge (or charges) if they have any charge-based mechanics. If they don't have any charge-based mechanics, they will instead be Roleblocked from any non-killing actions in the next (not current!) Night phase. At SoD, they will receive an appropriate flavour message with their feedback hinting at your sabotage and be informed of the loss of charge(s) (if any). They will not be warned about the impending Roleblock (if so). If they somehow have multiple yet separate pools for charges (like this role's Funding and Kerbals), the effect of this Mission is up to Hosts' discretion.

CORONA [Cost: 4 Funding] (Multitaskable, Does Not Visit - Investigative):
As the Director, you have some influence over what intelligence satellites get launched first and where.
Choose one player. Since all satellite launches are pre-planned long in advance, you can't choose the same player twice with this ability and any redirection onto someone you've targeted before with this will fail. This ability also does not cause any visits. The Night you use this ability, you learn how many players visited your target that Night. On the following Night, you learn the player list(s) for all active non-factional private chats they are in. On the second Night after using this ability you learn who they've visited that Night in addition to the private chat playerlist(s). There is no benefit beyond this. This ability can be multitasked with any ability other than [REDACTED].

    (S) [REDACTED] [Cost: 2 Funding, Reserve 2 Kerbals] (Investigative):
Instead of trying to subtly influence intelligence efforts, you can more openly coordinate with the intelligence agencies to investigate a target with their satellites and intel networks on suspicion of them being a Flying Spaghetti Monster worshipper.
Target one player. If one to three other players visit them this Night, you will receive their names plus one to two random names that did not visit them (remember Kerbals having questionable qualifications?). If no one visits them or more than three players visit them, you will receive no feedback from this action.

    (S) "A Major Malfunction" [Cost: Lose 3 Kerbals, 2 Funding]: (Manipulative):
You can arrange an "accident" to occur at the rocket launch site. You may invite one guest (not you!) to view the launch who will be overwhelmed as a result of the chaos.
Target one player other than yourself. They count as Commuting this Night. If you are Roleblocked/Rolestopped while using this ability, your target is unaffected but the Roleblocker/Rolestopper suffers a Level 40 Attack instead. That'll teach them for not being educated in Rocket Science! Every use of this ability incurs an unstoppable Level 10 * (total Malfunctions, regardless of success) Attack on yourself over reputational losses to the program. If you die to this, you can't be resurrected.

    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Comedy and Tragedy

    >> This role has a N0 action <<

    Sock or Buskin? (Passive)
You passively have two states: Comedy, and Tragedy. You may switch between these two states at the end of any phase. You must pick a state N0. Your flip will specify what mode you were in upon death here: [MODE].

Perform (Night Action - Action Type Varies):
Target one player (you may target yourself). Depending on your state (Comedy or Tragedy), your Night Actions will have a different effect:
    • Comedy Mode: You will Buff your target and they will be sent a harmless flavour message alongside their SoD feedback.
    • Tragedy Mode: You will Debuff your target and a random piece of their SoD feedback will be removed, unless their role prevents this.

    Practice Makes Perfect (Passive):
Your abilities will improve more and more as you successfully target players with Perform (including yourself). This will be tracked under a number called the Combo. Your Combo starts at 1. In order for your Combo to increase, you must alternate. You may target the same player twice, however, doing so will not increase your Combo. Similarly, you may choose to stay in the same state (Comedy or Tragedy) on consecutive Nights, but doing so will not increase your Combo. At Start of Day, you will be informed whether last Night's Performance was successful and of your Combo value.

    Dramatic Buildup (Passive):
Your Tragedy Debuff and Comedy Buff effects increase with your Combo level. The exact effects are not known to you, but a very close idea is given below. You may choose to use a lower level for your Perform Action than your current Combo level. At Combo level 5, you must choose one of the options.

    For Comedy:
    • 1 - on the order of Redirection Immunity for the same Night
    • 2 - (partial) Role Cop or similar
    • 3 - ITA level increase
    • 4 - Shot Mimic/Doctor
    • 5 - Doctor and ITA defense
    • 5 - Extra use of a Role Action (e.g. allowing them to use their ability during the Day at no cost)

    For Tragedy:
    • 1 - on the order of action delaying/target suppression
    • 2 - temporary chat removal/permanent modifier suppression
    • 3 - ITA defense nullification/making the target more vulnerable to ITAs
    • 4 - Roleblock or adjacent
    • 5 - on the order of a Vanillize
    • 5 - Poison the target or similar

    Soliloquy (Passive):
Finally: you are dramatic. Therefore, if you die, you are allowed to submit one message to the hosts of up to one standard Discord message (2000 characters) in length that contains no game-related info and is just a dramatic speech. You have until you leave Limbo to do this. Your message will be posted by the hosts at the start of the next phase.

You can reuse this ability when there are one or no players other than yourself left in the chat, but you may not target the same player more than once. These chats will be closed when you die.

    Cupid’s Arrows (1-shot Night Action - Communicative/Killing):
Select two players from a Date Night, causing them a level 1 wound and making them Lovers. They will be removed from the Blind Date chat. These two players will share a private chat for the rest of the game or until they die. When one Lover would die for any reason, the other will die as well.

Steamy Review (Night Action, Does Not Visit - Communicative)
Choose one player and an alignment. Create a Steamy Review of that player of up to one standard Discord message (2000 characters) that begins with "Today I'm going to review [player name]." At the end of the post you must give that player a Star Value from 1-5, where the score corresponds with how likely it is that the player is the alignment you chose. You cannot assign the same Star Value on consecutive Nights.

Your Steamy Review will be posted along the SoD posts. Players are then asked to privately agree or disagree with the post throughout the Day, being told that mafia votes will not count, but any third party roles will have their votes count. At the beginning of the Night, you learn if you met the agree% threshold. If the agree% is equal to or greater than the one associated with the Star Value you chose, that ability becomes active for the Night.
    • 1 Star (0%) = Am I being DDOS'd? At SoD, you find out how many players visited you during the Night.
    • 2 Stars (20%) = Why is that player's karma higher than mine? You may investigate a player to see if they have a neighbourhood chat with another player. This can be multitasked with Steamy Review.
    • 3 Stars (40%) = My threadpull is amazing! The following Day you gain a hidden +2 modifier to your vote
    • 4 Stars (60%) = You cant find me, Im behind 7 firewalls! You can hide from all Night Actions.
    • 5 Stars (80%) = You thought karma was useless? Well check this! You may apply a level 8 wound to a player. This can be multitasked with Steamy Review.

    Role: The Speedrunner

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

The joy of starting a new game comes from taking the time to enjoy it fully. The music, the scenery, the mechan-- what? You're already done? 100%? Unbelievable.

Speedrunners are freaks of nature that take any normal game and run it to absolute ruin by playing it solely with the intention of completing it as quickly as possible. After all, no sane person would ever try to speedrun Celeste. Gone are the days of taking time and care to max out your save file, for doing so poses too much a risk to your precious time. Taking the actual route you're meant to follow to complete the game? Thing of the past, as speedrunners have already invented a new optimal way to play that cuts out half the areas in the game. Enjoy learning 5 new skips, 10 frame-accurate moves to cut time and resetting that clock the moment you waste even a second, and say goodbye to the outside world. For that is the way of the speedrunner.

...probably. I don't claim to be an accurate source.

However, one thing that we can agree on is that winning faster is better. Mafia is a team game, and no one wants to be the f3 villager or the deepwolf facing a 1v12. Plus, it's a time consuming game - hey, this isn't even a 12/12! Cycle modifiers get in the way of optimal time, majority votes take the whole day - who has the time to sit around and wait for one flip? - and these ITAs seem to be getting too few kills for your current best time. But it's alright, because you'll fix this. As a true speedrunner, you'll do your best to cut the time on this game and win a little quicker than the try before.

(Note: I do not advise you treat this like an actual speedrun and return to DVC in record time. That would be silly.)

    Start The Clock (Passive):
Once you start, you just can't stop. Unless it's optimal. Of course.
All actions may be used consecutively without needing to cycle through them all. However, if an ability is used consecutively, the number of players targetable with that ability will be reduced by X, with X being how many consecutive uses that ability has.

I've Done This Skip 100 Times (Passive):
You'll get that milisecond save on the 101st try, buddy...
You may select yourself as a target for any of your abilities.

Snow Dram Skip (Night Action - Buffing/Inventor):
The Dram Strat is a Super Mario Odyssey strategy named after the speedrunner who discovered it, dram55, as he had claimed he dislikes when speedrun skips are named after those who find them. The Snow Dram, however, has absolutely nothing to do with him - it's just named like that for fun, because he dislikes it. There are also other iterations of 'dram' skips like the Cascade Dram which, again, he had no part in the discovery of - and certainly not the naming!
Target three players. All cooldowns on their roles, should they have any, will be reduced by 1 phase. They also receive a Moon (item)!

Spaghetti in my A-- Jump (Night Action - Buffing):
I dont think I could explain this in a way that actually does it justice. I do however think it's absolutely brilliant and worth looking into. It's a Super Mario 64 skip that, after performing multiple exact movements - how does one even discover this? - sends the player flying into the sky. Much like a firework. Fireworks are empowering, right?
Target two players and make their role actions Strongwilled for that Night.

Turret Flippy Skippy Tricky Flingy Wingy Swingy Thingy (Night Action - Killing)
Portal has a few notable skip names like the Pancake and Waffle skips, however this one just really spoke to me. The Turret Flippy Skippy.. you get the point, is a skip based around skipping the opening of a door. That's all there is to it. To do this, the player shoots a portal gun... gun? ITAs speed up the game. That'll work.
Target one player. Their ITA level will double for the next Day.

Shade Skip (Night Action - Backup)
While maybe not as humorously named as the other skips, there's something entertaining enough about the player dying just to use their ghost to save a few seconds in a run that I think it's worth the mention. The Hollow Knight shade skip is simple: on death, the player releases a 'shade' that can be used to boost themselves to higher platforms than what they might otherwise be able to access. And while this might seem backwards - aren't players meant to.. not die? - this actually allows the player to access a key item far earlier than what they should be able to.
Once during the game, select an allied dead player, an active ability from their rolecard (with the restriction that it must be able to be used during the night), and any applicable targets/choices necessary to use said ability. You will permanently gain this ability and immediately use it, provided that they have not already used it this cycle. Your version cannot be used any further if ITAs have ended, and is not affected by Start the Clock.

    Dazzling Magician (Passive):
Successfully performing a trick will impress your audience and build style points. As you build style points, you gain access to new abilities:

1 style point: A Magician's Secrets (Passive): In case of emergency, you entrust your secrets to a close ally. You unlock a last will that you must submit to the hosts. Upon death, your most recent last will submission, up to one standard Discord message, will be sent to a player of your choice.
2 style points: Sleight of Hand (Night Action, Multitaskable, 1-shot - Investigative): You slip a tracking device into someone's pocket to be retrieved later. Target one player. During any future night, even if your target is dead, you may learn who they targeted but not how often or when. This ability can be multitasked with any trick.
3 style points: Showstopper (Day Action, 1-shot - Killing): Kill a player at the end of the next ITA phase or at End of Day, whichever is sooner. The deadline for killing a player at the end of an ITA phase is at the start of that ITA window.

Tricks (Day or Night Action - Action Type Varies):
Choose to perform a trick from the following list. Unless stated otherwise, you may only use one trick per cycle. Once a trick is successfully used, it cannot be used again. Performing the same trick repeatedly will bore your audience!

Cup and Ball (Night Action, 1-shot - Manipulative): Target two players. All non-killing actions targeting one of them will instead target the other, and vice versa. You may not select yourself. This action will fail if either target dies before the Day starts by any means, and will be refunded if Roleblocked, but not if rolestopped. Style point success condition: redirect at least one action.
Rabbit From a Hat (Night or Day Action, 1-shot - Protective): Give a player a 'Magic Hat' (item). If their profile picture could realistically wear a hat, it will be added to their profile picture. This action is Unstoppable. They are told that they can open the hat if they wish. If they do, they receive a rabbit that protects them from negative magic. Style point success condition: a player receives a rabbit.
Pick a Card (Day Action, 1-shot - Communicative): During the day, choose a player. The following night, you will have a private chat with them that ends at the end of the Night. Additionally, you must predict what card your target will submit to the hosts before the Night Action Deadline. This action is unstoppable. Style point success condition: submit the same card as your target.
Daring Escape (Night Action, 1-shot - Investigative): You prepare an illusion to trap yourself in various restraints and mechanisms and attempt escape. If you are visited that Night, you will be unable to perform this trick and finish preparations, and this trick will be refunded. Style point success condition: successfully perform a daring escape.

Spoiler : Cat Must Die :
    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Cat Must Die

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

Traumatized from a cat taking a shower and talking to you in perfectly normal english, you have decided that every single cat must die.

    CAT MUST DIE (Passive):
Each time a cat or player with a cat-related profile picture dies, you gain 1 anti-kitty point. If you start the day with 7 or more anti-kitty points, you lose anti-kitty points until you have 6 anti-kitty points.

    The Secret Society Spreads (Passive):
A secret society of cats has infiltrated the game.
Each night, including Night 0, five random players will receive a cat (item). Cats do nothing. You cannot receive a cat from this ability.

Destroy the Secret Society (Night Action, Multitaskable, Non-visiting - Miscellaneous):
Each night, list up to four players in any order. If the first player owns a cat, you will kill it, gain an anti-kitty point, and move on to the next player on your list. This repeats until you fail to kill a cat or reach the end of your list. This ability does not affect the players on your list, only their cats.

It's Nya-over For You (Night, Multitaskable, Non-visiting, Unblockable - Miscellaneous):
Each night, submit to the hosts up to three cat-related posts made by players who do not share a factional chat with you, such as posts where a player posted a cat noise, posted a cat gif, or discussed cats in any way. For each of these posts that the hosts deem cat-related, you will gain one anti-kitty point. If you use Anti-Kitty gun or Distracting Laser Pointer tonight, you must target one of these players. You cannot target the same person more than once, and you cannot target anyone that you list with “Destroy the Secret Society” this night.

CAT MUST DIE* (Night Action, Multitaskable - Communicative):
Choose one of the following ways to kill a cat. It will be posted at SoD, one random cat in the game will die, and you will gain one anti-kitty point. You may only select each option once.
    • PUNT THE CAT: Yeet the cat into the stratosphere
    • Doggy Dare Do: A doggy will ZOINKS and accidentally run over a cat. Cat Dead Yippy
    • Delicious Pie: Turn a kitty into a pie... EXCEPT YOU HATE CATS SO YOU SPIT THE CAT PIE OUT
    • Meow, Meow Motherfucker: Meow, Meow, Kitty cat get fucked, The cat is sent to the dumpster
    • Hire Death from the hit movie Puss In Boots The Last Wish: You hate cats, but god damn do you love puss in boots. Hire Death to kill 9 lives off those haughty felines.
    • Cat videos are so over: Force the cat to watch dog videos, it can't stand it so much its soul starts descending down into the fiery pits of hell.
    • Kitty Brainrot: Inject brainrot to the skibidi to the gyatt to the rizzler to the (Self implodes) Both you and the kitty die, but then the anti-kitty coalition president decides to pay for your hospital bills.
    • Cat Depression:
Meow meow meow, meow meow meow meow, cat dies from being too sad

    * Yes, you have two abilities named "CAT MUST DIE". This is intentional. It shows we really mean it!

The Anti-Kitty Coalition (Night Action - Action Type Varies):
Each night, you may spend anti-kitty points to perform one action from the following list. You cannot perform an action that you performed on the night before. You start the game with 3 anti-kitty points as a stipend from the Anti-Kitty Coalition President.
    • Spray Bottle (0 Points - Communicative): Spray a player with a bottle of water. Target a player. If they own cat or have a cat-related avatar, they are informed that they were sprayed with malicious intent.
    • Anti-Kitty Badge (1 Point - Investigative): Give your target an Anti-Kitty Badge. Whenever they perform an action, you gain an Anti-Kitty point. You are informed when this happens.
    • Kitten Mittens (1 Point - Debuffing): Target a player. Their ITAs become level 0 until the end of the next day. They are not informed of this.
    • Cat Tax (2 Points - Debuffing): Target a player. If they have a cat, they will not be able to resist the urge to send you a picture of it This causes their action to move after all other actions tonight. You also learn if they have a cat.
    • Anti-Kitty Gun (3 Points - Killing): Fire an anti-kitty gun at your target. Since it’s made for kitties and not people, it will inflict 2 Wound.
    • GPS Collar (3 Points, 1-shot - Investigative): Target a player to put a GPS collar on them. The collar lasts two nights before running out of battery. You learn who that player visits tonight and on the next night.
    • Cat-Teleportation Device (4 Points, 1-shot - Manipulative): Target two players. Any actions targeting the first will instead target the second, and vice-versa. This does not affect killing or protective actions.
    • Distracting Laser Pointer (5 Points, 1-shot - Manipulative): Target two players. Any action used by the first player will target the second player instead of their original target.

Spoiler : Accidental Death Note Owner :

    Win Condition:
The Mafia is an anti-town faction. The Mafia wins if at any point in time all of the following conditions are met, or nothing can stop this from happening:
    • There is at least one mafia alive
    • There are no other anti-town factions alive
    • The mafia consists of 50% or more of the living players

    Role: Accidental Death Note Owner

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

You are an ordinary person, and do not possess any unique abilities. However, you were lucky enough to find the Death Note. Or unlucky. It depends...

Write a person's name in the Death Notebook (Day or Night Action - Killing):
Once per cycle, choose a living player (this can be yourself). This player will die the next similar cycle: if you use this D1, they will die EoD2 and so on. If they are targeted by another killing ability in the meantime, they are protected because their fate is already predetermined. If they would be eliminated at EoD, their flip will state that "they were found in their cell dead of a heart attack shortly before the execution" and noone else will be eliminated. Using the Death Note does not count as a visit: you don't need to visit target's house to put a name in, any role able to track movements will see that you were at home all night. You cannot use the Death Note to kill someone whose name is unknown (in case there are name-erasing, or name-stealing mechanics in the game).

Remove a sheet from the Death Notebook and give it to another person (Day or Night Action - Killing):
Instead of using your first ability, target another player. They receive an item that funcitons as a 1-shot version of the Death Note. They do not need to use this immediately. A player may own and use several sheets at the same time.

    Fading Light (Passive):
If you are killed by a power, ITA, or Factional Kill, a Death Note sheet will be left at the place of your death and the killer can loot it. If you are eliminated, the last player who voted against you will get the sheet. If you are somehow killed without owning the Death Note or its sheet, no one gets the sheet.

    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Prime-Ape

    >> This role has a N0 action <<

You are the Prime-Ape, the physical god of all non human simians. You possess great "apeness" and may bless others with apeness via divine monkey magic.

The Nature of Apeness (Night 0, Compulsive, Multitaskable - Miscellaneous):
On Night 0, you must describe how your blessing shall manifest in others. Choose up to 5 different types of non-human simians. Those who get targeted by your Blessings will have a modifier added to their rolecard stating one of your selected non-human simians. If you do not choose, you will be limited to “Monkey”.

The Nature of a God (Night 0, Multitaskable - Miscellaneous):
On Night 0, you may choose a new role name for yourself with the restriction that it must be related to non-human simians.

Blessing of the Prime-Ape (Night Action - Buffing):
Target player becomes blessed with apeness. They gain “Apeness”. Their role name has one of your chosen simians added to it. Roles with great faith or those who are deities are immune to this ability. The first two times you use this, you may target an additional player.

Blessed players receive the following message as part of their Night Action feedback:
After the end of the night’s activities, you find yourself returning to monkey.
They also receive the following abilities:
    Spoiler : MONKEY :
Hoot (Day/Night Action, Multitaskable - Communicative): Submit a message to the host of up to 3 phrases, limited to only monkey noises. [Hidden to players, known to Prime-Ape: If 4 or more players use this action, the public posts are replaced by 'A cacophany of hooting is heard at the end of the day/night.]

    Fling (Passive):
On the Day you become a Monkey you gain one additional ITA with a base attack level of 1. If ITAs are over, this does nothing.

    Apes Together Strong (Passive):
Whenever you use an action on another player or target them with an ITA, that player gains a hidden value known as Monkey Business (this is updated at the closing of the second ITA window and at EoN). Several sources of Monkey Business stack. Monkeys (including you) targeting players with Monkey Business gain the following effects:
    • 2 or more Monkey Business: Role Actions and ITAs ignore sources of protection
    • 4 or more Monkey Business: Role Actions are improved [Hidden: Identical to your Apes Together Strong]

    Curse of Monkey (Passive):
Players who receive 2 Monkey Business or more become monkey at the end of the night. [Hidden: Identical to being blessed].

    Hmmm Monkey (Passive):
When you die, you will flip with the following last will:

Greater Hoot (Day/Night Action, Multitaskable - Communicative):
Submit a message to the host of up to 10 phrases, limited to only monkey noises. This message will be posted at the start of the next phase, preceded by ‘A bellowing hooting is heard by all’.

    • 4 or more Monkey Business: Role Actions are improved

Improvements are drawn from the following list at hosts' discretion:
    • Action gains modifier (generic): Strongwilled
    • Action gains modifier (generic): Ninja
    • Action is investigative: Results will be accurate
    • Action is investigative: Investigation gains additional information
    • Action is manipulative: Target is also affected by the manipulative action on the following day
    • Action is protective: Target is also given an ITA shield
    • Action is communicative: If the action would create a neighborhood, it lasts an additional cycle
    • Action is killing: Strongmanned

Greater Fling (Day Action, 1-shot - Killing):
Submit this ability any time after the second ITA phase in a day but before the Day Action deadline. If you do, you kill the player who received the most monkey business today at EoD. This kill is strongmanned.

    Ape Awareness (Passive):
At the end of every night, you learn how many Blessed players there are with a margin of error of one. You also learn the results of each Hoot ability used by Blessed players.

    Role: Trust Faller

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

    Deadly Trust (Day Action, 2-shot - Communicative/Killing):
Target a player, and choose X to be 1, 2, or 3. That Night, a chat will be created between you and that player, and the following accurate message will be delivered to your target (with X substituted in):

You may choose to kill FM-SMUG VIKING at any time during the Day or Night. This will resolve at End of Phase.

If this neighborhood has existed for X nights and X-1 days, and your alignment is the same as FM-SMUG VIKING, you will learn eachother's roles and alignments, and a factional chat will be created between you.

If this neighborhood has existed for X nights and X-1 days, and your alignment is not the same as FM-SMUG VIKING, you will die.

For example, if FM-SMUG VIKING is town, and you are mafia, and this neighborhood was created at the start of N1, then you would die at SOD(X+1).

As another example, if this neighborhood was created at the start of N1, and you chose to kill FM-SMUG VIKING during N(X), then FM-SMUG VIKING would die at SOD(X+1), and you would live, regardless of your and FM-SMUG VIKING's alignments.
You cannot use this ability if any of the following are true:
    • You are currently in a neighborhood due to this ability
    • A factional chat has been created due to this ability
    • You have killed a player with this ability within the last 2 nights (for example, if you killed a player at SOD2, then you cannot use this ability until D4).

    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Towny News Network (TNN)

    >> This role has a N0 action <<

You are a long-established media organization that has managed to acquire a de facto monopoly on the information scene.

    Presidential Elections (Passive)
You have contributed to the rise of a stable democratic regime. Therefore, by virtue of your existence, elections will be held!
Every night, including Night 0, all vote-able players may anonymously vote for a President (in their discord channels). Any living player can be elected. The winner gains two additional votes for the following day. In the event of a tie, RNG decides who is elected. This does not stop upon your death.
Because you control the information scene, your vote for a presidential candidate (not for the End of Day elimination) always counts for 3.

At the beginning of each night, the following will be posted publicly by the hosts:
    Breaking News Report by TNN!
A presidential election will be held tonight, as per the custom of our glorious democracy. Every vote-able player may submit an anonymous vote tonight to elect a President for the following Day. The exact results shall be made public at the beginning of the day; stay tuned for our statistical analysis of the events! As usual, any ties will be resolved by coinflip. Let your voice be heard!
The player who has been elected will receive the following message:
You have been elected President. You will have two additional votes today. Go democracy!
Note: this ability is affected by the Additional Vote Power clause in the Role Mechanics section of the rules, quoted hereafter:
All sources of additional vote power are automatically disabled if mafia could have parity if they were in possession of every active additional vote.
The disabling occurs immediately, even if it occurs mid-day.
After additional vote power gets disabled, it cannot be re-enabled.
    Impeachment (Day Action - Miscellaneous)
As a highly influent political pressure wielder, you you may call for an impeachment vote to remove the current President from power.
The deadline for this action is the start of the second ITA window (even on Days when there are no ITAs). You are the only one able to launch the procedure; after your death, it will not be possible for anyone to launch it. As long as it does not succeed, however, you can launch the procedure on as many days as you want by messaging the hosts in your discord channel. Impeachment cannot succeed more than once.

Unlike the presidential election ballots, impeachment votes are public. Upon triggering the procedure, the following accurate message will be publicly posted by the hosts at the end of the second ITA window:
    Breaking News Report by TNN!
An impeachment procedure has been launched against President [NAME], who has been deemed unworthy of wielding supreme executive power. If ballots equal to 2/3 of the number of living players post "IMPEACH!" in bolded size 5 red font while mentioning @IMPEACHMENT, the current President will be stripped from power and the Town will not have a new president until tomorrow. The ex-President will then be thrown into jail for the night, roleblocking them, but also preventing anyone from visiting them; no corrupted crooks allowed! Only impeachment votes that are correctly formatted and followed by a mention to the correct account will be counted. Down with the tyrant!
To succeed, the number of impeachment votes must be equal to or greater than 2/3 of the number of living players. As with presidential elections, your vote for Impeachment always counts for 3. (Other players will not be aware of this; however, it may be noticed that an impeachment has been successful without reaching 2/3 of the living player count.)

Investigative Journalism (Night Action, Odd - Investigative/Communicative)
Send journalists to investigate a public figure in order to publish an article about them.

    Role: The Converter

    Adapt (Night Action - Manipulative/Investigative):
Target one player. You will redirect their actions to yourself and learn what action type they target you with ranging from [harmful/investigative/disruptive/support/misc].
    • Investigative actions constitute any actions which gain information on a target (cops, trackers, watchers, etc).
    • Disruptive actions constitute any actions that manipulate others (roleblocks, bus drives, redirects, etc).
    • Support actions constitute any actions that intend to help (protection, inventors, or buffs).
    • Harmful actions constitute any actions that are -EV, intending to harm a target (ITA vulnerability, decreased action accuracy, etc), including actions meant to kill (poisons or vigilantes).
    • Miscellaneous actions constitute any actions that do not fit in categories above (communicative or mixed actions).

When you target a player with this ability, they will be considered to be Energized. When you Energize someone, you store their energy in your power bank. Once a player is Energized, they stay that way, even after death.

Zzzzzap (Night 1, Multitaskable - Miscellaneous):
Target one player. They become Energized.

    Charge Actions (Night Action, Manipulative):
Let the power in your power bank flow and choose either:
    • Conversion: This ability becomes available as soon as you've Energized at least two players. Target one living player. They are roleblocked.
    • Electricity Pole: Target a number of people equal to half the number of Energized players there are (rounded down). You redirect their actions to another player of your choice (not necessarily yourself). You cannot redirect kills this way.

    Grounded (Passive):
The first time you redirect a killing action to yourself that would kill you, you will instead be weakened, becoming 50% more vulnerable to ITAs. You will not be informed if this triggers.

    Role: Tasty Players Forever

    >> This role has a N0 action <<

I was playing a silly game where you start off as a very small animal and gotta eat things smaller than you to grow bigger and then u can start eating bigger things and you keep going until you become the biggest thing out there.

    Tasty Planets (Passive):
Every player is given a weight class at start of game. Ten players are in weight 1, 8 in weight 5, 6 in weight 20, 4 in weight 50, 2 in weight 100. This role always starts as one of the ten in weight 1.

Agar.info (Night Action, Multitaskable - Investigative):
Each day at SoD (including D1), you learn the weight class of up to three random players in the same weight class as you, and one additional player of your choice.

    Feeding Frenzy (Night Action, Multitaskable):
Each night, target a player. If they are bigger than you, you will only delay their action by a cycle. Otherwise, you eat them.

Eating a player has two effects:
First, it has the following effects depending on your current weight class:
    • If you are weight class 1 or higher, you delay their action by a cycle.
    • If you are weight class 5 or higher, you learn what type of action they tried to perform.
    • If you are weight class 20 or higher, you roleblock them instead of delaying their action.
    • If you are weight class 50 or higher, you can choose to protect your target in addition to roleblocking them.
    • If you are weight class 100 or higher, you are immune to redirective and roleblocking roles.

Second, it causes you to grow to the next weight class.

Eating another player does not kill them.

Text in italics is flavour only.

    Miscellaneous Information
Your weight class is 1. Light as a feather.
    Your colour is Blue.
You have 50 rupees. Don't spend them all at once.

    Role: Disgruntled Mailman

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

After years of working at the post office without a wage increase due to budget cuts and every time you ask, you get the same response: "we need to prioritize the funds to our more important departments". Well it's time you show just how "important" the post office is to this town. You'll show them how important it is to respect the privacy of others. Stamps? Who needs stamps when you are the one delivering mail? And if that doesn't get their attention... maybe just maybe, an envelope or a few getting lost in the mail might spark some concern. This town will be made aware just how crucial a postman is and get the respect you deserve!

Send a personal letter (Night Action, Multitaskable - Communicative):
Target one player and write a message no longer than one standard Discord message (2000 characters). Your target will receive your message anonymously with SoD feedback. "Anonymous" means hosts will not acknowledge who the message is from, but claiming your KRC username (or another) in the message is allowed. Your target will not be able to reply.

Open and copy someone's mail for yourself before delivering (Night Action - Investigative):
Target one player. You will receive a copy of their feedback at SoD. Your target will also receive their feedback (as normal) as well as the message that "Your mail was not sealed".

Send someone's mail to someone else (Night Action, 2-shot - Manipulative)
Target two players, Player A and Player B. Player A will receive no feedback other than "Your mail is missing." Player B will receive Player A's feedback mixed in with their own.

Spoiler : The Fairy Disenchantment from Dream of the Red Chamber :
    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

Role: The Fairy Disenchantment from Dream of the Red Chamber

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

Register of Beauties: (Day and Night Action - Inventor):
You start with twelve items, each carrying passive upsides and downsides and an associated piece of flavour viewable to their owner. With the exception of Precious Hairpin and Darkened Jade, these items are dormant while in your inventory and have no effect.

Each phase (night or day), you may choose an item to give to another player. There are restrictions on who each item may be passed to. You may ignore these restrictions on Day One only. You can only give out one item marked by ✨ each cycle.

Items which find themselves without a living owner will return to your inventory, but you may not give them out again unless you have no other options.

    Item: Precious Hairpin
The Precious Hairpin may be passed Day or Night to a player who voted for only one player over the course of the last day. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You know which player, if any, currently holds the Darkened Jade. If you target each other with an action during the same phase, you learn each other’s roles and this item shatters.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : First Song: The Mistaken Marriage :
    Let others all
    Commend the marriage rites of gold and jade;
    I still recall
    The bond of old by stone and flower made;
And while my vacant eyes behold
Crystalline shows of beauty pure and cold,
From my mind can not be banished
That fairy wood forlorn that from the world has vanished.
    How true I find
That every good some imperfection holds!
Even a wife so courteous and so kind
No comfort brings to my afflicted mind.

    Item: Darkened Jade
The Darkened Jade may be passed Day or Night to a player who you have previously ended the day voting for or who you have targeted with an ITA.. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You know which player, if any, currently holds The Precious Hairpin. If you target each other with an action during the same phase, you learn each other’s roles and this item shatters.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Second Song: Hope Betrayed :
One was a flower from paradise,
One a pure jade without spot or stain.
If each for the other one was not intended,
Then why in this life did they meet again?
And yet if fate had meant them for each other,
Why was their earthly meeting all in vain?
In vain were all her sighs and tears,
In vain were all his anxious fears:
    All, insubstantial, doomed to pass,
As moonlight mirrored in the water
Or flowers reflected in a glass.
How many tears from those poor eyes could flow,
Which every season rained upon her woe?

    Item: Hanging Citron
The Hanging Citron may be passed Day or Night to a player who has received zero votes in the past two EoD votecounts. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You may set a last will to be publicly visible if you die while holding this item, but you cannot use or be targeted by other communicative abilities while you hold this.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Third Song: Mutability :
In the full flower of her prosperity
    Once more came mortal mutability,
Bidding her, with both eyes wide,
All earthly things to cast aside,
And her sweet soul upon the airs to glide.
So far the road back home did seem
That to her parents in a dream
Thus she her final duty paid:
‘I that now am but a shade,
    Parents dear,
    For your happiness I fear:
Do not tempt the hand of fate!
Draw back, draw back, before it is too late!’

    Item: Wayward Kite
The Wayward Kite may be passed Day or Night to a player who was the first listed voter on a wagon at EoD yesterday. This includes vanity (1-vote) wagons. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You learn whether your role actions succeed and what effects they have, but the effects of your actions and any feedback you would receive (including from this item) are delayed by one cycle. Does not affect actions if it would cause a processing nightmare.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Fourth Song: From Dear Ones Parted :
Sail, boat, a thousand miles through rain and wind,
Leaving my home and dear ones far behind.
I fear that my remaining years
Will waste away in homesick tears.
    Father dear and mother mild,
Be not troubled for your child!
From of old our rising, falling
Was ordained; so now this parting.
    Each in another land must be;
    Each for himself must fend as best he may;
Now I am gone, oh do not weep for me!

    Item: River Cloud ✨
River Cloud may be passed Day or Night to a player who was the only one voting for a given player last EoD, or to a player who was the only one to ITA a given player yesterday. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You must select targets for your role’s night actions during the day. Who you choose to target (but not what you do) will be announced at the start of the night.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Fifth Song: Grief Amidst Gladness :
While you still in cradle lay,
    Both your parents passed away.
    Though born to silken luxury,
No warmth or kind indulgence came your way.
Yet yours was a generous, open-hearted nature,
And never could be snared or soured
By childish piques and envious passions –
You were a crystal house by wind and moonlight scoured.
Matched to a perfect, gentle husband,
Security of bliss at last it seemed,
And all your childish miseries redeemed.
But soon alas! the clouds of Gao-tang faded,
The waters of the Xiang ran dry.
In our grey world so are things always ordered:
What then avails it to lament and sigh?

    Item: Soiled Jade
Soiled Jade may be passed Day or Night to a player who ended the day crossvoting (voting for a player who was also voting for them). If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You learn all players who visit you, but upon learning every fourth name, your actions other than this one are roleblocked.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Sixth Song: All at Odds :
Heaven made you like a flower,
With grace and wit to match the gods,
    Adding a strange, contrary nature
That set you with the rest at odds.
Nauseous to you the world’s rank diet,
    Vulgar its fashion’s gaudy dress:
But the world envies the superior
And hates a too precious daintiness.
Sad it seemed that your life should in dim-lit shrines be wasted,
All the sweets of spring untasted:
    Yet, at the last,
Down into mud and shame your hopes were cast,
Like a white, flawless jade dropped in the muck,
Where only wealthy rakes might bless their luck.

    Item: Wolf's Fang ✨
The Wolf's Fang may be passed Day or Night to a player who was targeted by an ITA yesterday. If ITAs were not enabled, this may instead be passed to a player who received 1-3 votes at EoD. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: At night, you must choose two other players. You can only ITA people at least one of them ITAs.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Seventh Song: Husband and Enemy :
    Zhong-shan wolf,
    Inhuman sot,
Who for past kindnesses cared not a jot!
Bully and spendthrift, reckless in debauch,
For riot or for whoring always hot!
A delicate young wife of gentle stock
To you was no more than a lifeless block,
And bore, when you would rant and rave,
    Treatment far worse than any slave;
So that her delicate, sweet soul
In just a twelvemonth from its body stole.

    Item: Delicate Paintbrush ✨
The Delicate Paintbrush may be passed Day or Night to a player who hit an ITA yesterday. If ITAs were not enabled, this may instead be passed to a player voting for the top wagon. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: The first player to be targeted with a kill while holding this item will live, but you cannot use your role while you hold this. You do not learn whether this item's protection has been consumed yet. This item shatters if anyone holds it more than once.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Eighth Song: The Vanity of Spring :
When triple spring as vanity was seen,
What use the blushing flowers, the willows green?
From youth’s extravagance you sought release
To win chaste quietness and heavenly peace.
The hymeneal peach-blooms in the sky,
The flowering almond’s blossoms seen on high
    Dismiss, since none, for sure,
    Can autumn’s blighting frost endure.
Amidst sad aspens mourners sob and sigh,
In maple woods the poor ghosts thinly cry,
And under the dead grasslands lost graves lie.
Now poor, now rich, men’s lives in toil are passed
To be, like summer’s pride, cut down at last.
The doors of life and death all must go through.
Yet this I know is true:
In Paradise there grows a precious tree
Which bears the fruit of immortality.

    Item: Phoenix Plume ✨
The Phoenix Plume may be passed Day or Night to a player who was voting for the top wagon yesterday. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: Beneficial actions you use instead have the opposite of their usual effect, but the targets of such actions learn you targeted them and what you did. You can ask the host what your action will do.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Ninth Song: Caught By Her Own Charming :
Too shrewd by half, with such finesse you wrought
    That your own life in your own toils was caught;
But long before you died your heart was slain,
And when you died your spirit walked in vain.
Fall’n the great house once so secure in wealth,
    Each scattered member shifting for himself;
And half a life-time’s anxious schemes
Proved no more than the stuff of dreams.
Like a great building’s tottering crash,
Like flickering lampwick burned to ash,
Your scene of happiness concludes in grief:
For worldly bliss is always insecure and brief.

    Item: Woven Cloth ✨
The Woven Cloth may be passed Day or Night to a player who has survived at least three ITAs over the course of the game or who has been the runner-up to be executed during any EoD. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: You have a single ITA shield, but your ITA is a Level 0 attack.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Tenth Song: The Survivor :
    Some good remained,
    Some good remained:
The daughter found a friend in need
Through her mother’s one good deed.
So let all men the poor and meek sustain,
And from the example of her cruel kin refrain,
Who kinship scorned and only thought of gain.
    For far above the constellations
One watches all and makes just calculations.

    Item: Potted Orchid
The Potted Orchid may be passed Day or Night to a player who was not voting or was voting to sleep last EoD. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: Beneficial actions you perform are strongwilled, but all beneficial actions targeting you fail.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Eleventh Song: Splendour Come Late :
    Favour, a shadow in the glass;
Fame, a dream that soon would pass:
The blissful flowering-time of youth soon fled,
Soon, too, the pleasures of the bridal bed.
A pearl-encrusted crown and robes of state
    Could not for death untimely compensate;
    And though each man desires
Old age from want made free,
    True blessedness requires
A clutch of young heirs at the knee.
    Proudly upright
The head with cap and bands of office on,
    And gleaming bright
Upon his breast the gold insignia shone.
    An awesome sight
To see him so exalted stand! –
    Yet the black night
Of death’s dark frontier lay close at hand.
All those whom history calls great
Left only empty names for us to venerate.

    Item: Lover's Perfume
The Lover's Perfume may be passed Day or Night to a player who placed votes for at least five different players yesterday, or the number of currently living players divided by three and rounded up, whichever is lower. If you have received it from another player, you must wait at least one cycle before passing it on. Passing on items is processed at the end of a phase and their passive effects still apply to you, and not their recipient, during the phase they are passed on.
Effect: When you receive this item, select a player. This selection is processed at the start of each ITA window, the End of Day, or the End of Night, but can only be made once. If you die while holding this item, ITAs against your target are buffed by 1 Attack level and this is publicly announced at the start of the day. ITAs targeting you have the same increased accuracy while you hold this.

This item comes with a poem that tells of sadness and loss. You may read it but this is not required.
Spoiler : Twelfth Song: The Good Things Have An End :
Perfumed was the dust that fell
From painted beams where springtime ended.
    Her sportive heart
    And amorous looks
The ruin of a mighty house portended.
    The weakness in the line began with Jing;
    The blame for the decline lay first in Ning;
But retribution all was of Love’s fashioning.

    Spoiler : Magic Magic 8-Ball :
    Alignment: Town

    Factional Abilities:
Town is the uninformed majority and receives no factional abilities.

    Win Condition:
    Eliminate all anti-town factions.

    Role: Magic Magic 8 Ball

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

You are an enchanted magic 8 ball. Formerly a novelty kids' toy, you have been given the ability to predict the future- somewhat.

    8-Ball (Passive):
You do not have hands. You cannot use items that require hands to use- which is most of them. You do, however, have a psionic energy rating that is off the charts, and can use items that simply require magic focus or just don’t require hands to use. Your role cannot be copied unless it is being copied by specifically a mimic or some type of equivalent creature that can morph into objects (host discretion).

    Magical Fuckery (Passive):
To investigative roles you will appear to be a rainbow colored alignment and to have visited every single player in the game, a few players that aren’t in the game, and the host every Night. You do not actually visit those players, meaning you do not interact with veteran-style roles.

    Magic Magic Barrier (Passive):
You begin the game with a shield protecting you from a single successful ITA attack. This shield is non-transferable. If the shield blocks an ITA the host will say “This ITA was blocked by a Magic Magic Barrier!” The shield does not protect against night attacks or day attacks that can be used outside of the ITA window. If you retain your Magic Magic Barrier after the ITA windows are closed it transforms into a one-use day attack with equal level to your active ITA power (which can continue to be modified).

Ask The Magic 8 Ball (Passive):
If you are alive at the start of Day 3, the first ITA window will be accompanied by a Magic Magic 8 Ball Session! This will be announced at the beginning of day 3. Each player may publicly ask the host one question about game mechanics, factional abilities, win conditions, etc- as long as their question is not about alignments, actions, or roles. You are informed of every question after that ITA phase ends. You choose a number of questions equal to 1/3rd of the living playerlist by the end of the day. At the end of the day, the hosts publicly respond to the chosen questions with applicable answers from the list of Magic 8 Ball responses found on wikipedia chosen from within their category randomly. “Yes” answers will be a green response, “No” answers will be a red response, and questions that the hosts are not allowed to answer- either because they are about player alignment/actions or for some other reason- will receive a yellow response. If you are not alive to choose, random questions will be answered.

Alternatively, because you are magic, you may instead secretly prevent the event from happening!

Regardless of which option you choose, the host message at the start of day 3 will read “The first ITA session of the day will be accompanied with a Magic Magic 8 Ball Session! You will be able to ask the hosts a question and the hosts may respond at the end of the day.”

    Premonition (Night Action - Killing)
Each night you must submit a list of up to six players. The following day you gain one level on your ITA attack per person on your list that receives an ITA attack - successful or not. Each name can only level your ITA one time per day. If a target on your list does NOT receive an ITA attack by the end of the day, you lose one level on your ITA attack. Your ITA attack cannot modify your own ITA power. Your ITA power is updated at the end of each ITA session and at the end of each day. Your ITA level cannot go below 1 and it is halved if you successfully kill a target with your ITA. If you somehow take multiple ITA actions at once, all actions will use your modified ITA power before the reset takes effect. After you ITA, you lose all currently active buffs / nerfs given by this ability. You do not visit players using this action.

Text in italics is flavour only.

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

At Your Service (Night Action, Multitasking):
Select one player that had 3 or more votes on the most recent EoD votecount. That player will become one of your clients. This action can not be redirected in any way. A player is no longer a client of yours if they receive fewer than 3 votes at the end of the day. If a player is no longer your client due to this condition, you receive 2 points.

Note: Due to how actions are processed, a player who you select with At Your Service is not 'your client' for targeting purposes on the same Night you selected them.

    Here's My Card (Passive):
You get points each Day depending on what happened (this processes at EoD):
    • If the elimination target was allied to you, you gain 1 point if you were voting a different wagon with at least one other vote
    • If the elimination target wasn't allied to you, you gain 1 point if you were voting them
    • You will also gain 1 point for each client you have alive when the day ends

If the elimination target for the Day was one of your clients, you will not obtain any points that Day.

Legal Action (Night Action - Action Type Varies):
Spend the according number of points to perform one of the following actions:
    • Well-Protected (Protective): Spend 1 Point. Target one of your clients, former clients, or a player who ended the day with 3 votes or more. Protect them from killing actions tonight.
    • Well-Informed (Investigative): Spend 2 points. Target one of your clients or former clients. During this night you will target them with a Rolecop and Motion Detect action.

    [HIDDEN FROM ROLE PM]
    Bring In Extra Counsel (Passive):
If a player already has a lawyer, you will team up. Create a chat with their lawyer in addition to taking them as a client.

    Role: Michael the Bicycle

    >> This role has a N0 action <<

You are a bike! A friend through thick and thin, traversing the roads and sidewalks to get you to your destination.

    Eco-friendly (Passive):
If an ability would cause you to commute on any sort of automation/automated vehicle (ex. Bus Driver) it will fail on you. This is because this is bad for the environment.

Bike when go / like if you agree (Passive):
When you take a right turn from Life Road to Death Street your username and role title will lean from the momentum.
When you die, your username and title will be listed in italics where applicable (ex. In the graveyard post)).

    Suitable Conditions (Passive):
Depending on the weather, the following effects will influence your actions
    • Sunny: The weather is nice, but you can't wear too much or you'll overheat! If you do not multitask actions tonight (aside from Checking the Weather), your Journey Action will be strongwilled and bypass manipulation!
    • Foggy: It's hard to see, and hard to see you. Your actions tonight are untrackable, and any players you target with an investigative effect are investigative-immune (including yours)
    • Cloudy: Nice and brisk! If your action succeeds tonight, you and your target both gain the Hot Chocolate*item.
    • Windy: Let's not be off-track! Any action you take tonight has a 50% chance to be used on the next applicable targetable player on the player list.*If this happens, you will be informed of who you targeted.
    • Rainy: It's miserable out there... Take the bus. Your ITA shot(s) the next day drop the attack level of your target's by 1.
    • Clear: It's a nice day to go biking! (No additional effects)

    Item: Hot Chocolate
Consume to make your ITA hitrate*increase by one level for the next applicable Day phase.

Checking the Weather (Night Action, Compulsive, Multitaskable - Investigative)
Starting N0, target a player to learn the forecast for the day. The weather that day will be determined by the actions that target them. If this action is roleblocked, the weather will be Clear*(and you will not be informed that you were blocked). If multiple actions occur to this player, you will be informed of all effects, and will gain the highest weather option listed to use. Weather will be publicly announced at the start of each day. This ability is immune to weather effects from Suitable Conditions.
    • Sunny: Wounded/Killed
    • Foggy: Blocked/Delayed
    • Cloudy: Protected/Mended
    • Windy: Redirection/Blackmailing/Vote Manipulation
    • Rainy: Communicative/Item/ITAs
    • Clear: No action/Other actions

Honk All you Want, I'm Listening to Ska and You're in the Band Now 📯 (Day Action, Multitaskable - Communicative)
Submit a ska song to be modposted at the end of the day following the elimination, and up to three players to be mentioned with the announcement. The title of this post will be the title of this action.

Collect Sticker (Day Action, Multitaskable - Communicative)
Target one player. They will be sent the following message at EoD:
You have been asked to make a sticker for another player! Send a drawing or design with minimal text on it by the end of tonight to give the player a sticker! (As far as you know, a sticker does nothing.)
If they agree and create a sticker, you will gain it and add it to your bike (this does nothing) Stickers that you possess will flip on death, even if your role would not.

The Journey, Not the Destination (Night Action, Non-Consecutive - Action Type Varies)
As you ride your bike to your target player, choose one of the following Journey Actions to commit. You may not use the same action consecutively, and some Journey Action actions may have limited shots.

Crosswalk Asshole (Manipulative): Glare at the driver who has their car covering the crosswalk*Target one player who voted you the prior day, and block them from performing actions.
Stop to Shop (Communicative/Investigative): You gain 10 dollars. Target one player. The first time you use this action, learn your target's rolecard. After the first use, you will only learn 1 role ability that the target player has. You gain a chat with your target for the next day, and have the following Day phase to convince them to give you one of their abilities for the next night in exchang for your 10 dollars. If they accept, you will gain that action for the next night (which may be used in lieu of The Journey, Not the Destination). They will gain 10 dollars, be unable to use that ability the next night, and you will lose 10 dollars. This may do nothing, but you and they will not know if it does.
Nature's Delights (Investigative): Slow down and admire the nature around you. Target one player with a nature-related profile picture or username. You will learn who they visited tonight. (What is considered to be nature-related is up to host discretion)
Bisexual Blast (Killing, 2-shot, can be multitasked with other Journey Actions): Bisexually slaughter your target. Well, not really. But imagine. Target one player and inflict a Level 10 Wound.
Brace for the Weather (Miscellaneous): Target a player for them to additionally gain any active weather effects from Suitable Weather*this night.
Call Out Passing (Investigative, 1-shot): Call out your location to target player. Their target(s) will be publicly announced the following night (they will be informed of this).

You are a momma's boy and you (almost) explicitly remember what your mommy said. If another player asserts that your mother said anything contrary to what she actually said you must inform them "That's not what my mommy said!" The hosts will not hold you accountable.

You called my momma a what?! (Night Action, non-consecutive - Action Type Varies):
Each night, you may fist fight a player and your weapon selection will be either a set of Sock'em Boppers or Boxing Gloves.
On N1, choose one of the following options. After that, you must alternate.
Sock'em Boppers (Manipulative): These make loud squeaking noises that echo through the town and humiliate your target but don't cause them any actual harm. Target one player. They are roleblocked tonight. At SoD, their name will be mod-posted to the thread.
Boxing Gloves (Killing): These will cause severe head trauma. Target one player. They will be killed.

What did your momma say again? (Night Action, Multitaskable - Inventor)
Each night, you learn a clue as to what your mother actually said and can guess what it was. If correct, you receive a Legendary reward.

    Role: The Landlord

    >> This role does NOT have a N0 action <<

Buy a Flat (Day Action, Does Not Visit - Miscellaneous):
Purchase a property and designate up to two people of your choice to that house.
Select one or two players other than yourself. They become your Tenants and are assigned to a Property. This ability does not affect them in any way. Each player can only be assigned to a single Property at a time.

    Capitalist (Passive):
You can only target Tenants with your role abilities. Each Night, you can perform two actions from Flat Inspection, Install Amenities, and Collect Rent (this includes performing the same action twice on different Properties). Alternatively, you can perform one of Gas Leak, Big Brother Is Listening, or Increase Rent.

Flat Inspection (Night Action - Investigative):
Choose a Property. Learn if one of the Tenants used a Killing Action or was the target of a Killing Action this Night.

Gas Leak (Night, 1-shot per Property - Killing):
Designate a tenant. If they didn't visit someone tonight, they receive 10 Wound. Only usable if Flat Inspection has been used on this Property before.

Install Amenities (Night Action - Protective):
Choose a Property. Mend 4 on all players in the Property. Also send a message of up to one Discord message in length to all Tenants in the Property.

Big Brother is Listening (Night, 1-shot per house - Investigative):
Designate a Tenant. Learn what feedback they received (if any). Also learn one of their role abilities, prioritizing Night abilities. Only usable if Install Amenities has been used on this Property before.

Collect Rent (Night Action - Debuff):
Choose a Property. Remove a single shot from a random ability on each Tenant in the Property. If your Tenants do not have abilities with shots, they will be unaffected. Some abilities may be immune to this if they are required for the role to function.

Increase Rent (Night, 1-shot per Property - Manipulative):
Designate a Tenant and a target (this does not need to be one of your Tenants). Your Tenant will be told at SoD that if they do not target the player you chose the following Night, they will be Roleblocked. Only usable if Collect Rent has been used on this Property before.

You have control over the White Square Puppet Account to post freely in the thread. This account may vote and ITA as normal, but will die when ITAs end. Your Puppet Account does not count towards parity.

    Threadleader (Passive)
If another player "sheeps" your Puppet Account's vote at the End of the Day, or ITAs a player your Puppet Account has ITAd, you gain 1 Threadpull. A player will be considered to be "sheeping" your Puppet Account if they voted the same player after it did. At the Start of the next Day, lose Threadpull until you have 8 or keep your current total (whichever is lower).

Hey, everybody. This is a posthumous broadcast of your radio show!

    I was Orange Iris.

Thanks to the hosts for a great, intense and fun game. As always I enjoyed it, although there were some bugs, about which more later.

I enjoyed the role of Landlord, for which I thank Oliver. In my opinion, he could have been made a bit stronger (e.g. given the option to use one strong and one weak action at night, rather than just one strong action) as he is rather slow to accelerate, but still the role was good, versatile and enjoyable for me as a player.

Congratulations to the mafia for a honest victory, but I remain loyal to my faction: if there will be a choice for MVP, I would like to nominate @FM-Wine Mom (who was that?) from the players

There is no sense to enumerate all the advantages of the game, everyone understands everything, game was cool. But I would like to mention the lack of information about own mechanics as an unpleasant disadvantage. I know that I can heal 4 wounds, but this information does not give anything, because how many wounds kill is not clear. When you don't know if your healing will be a save or a waste of a turn, it's frustrating. I would ask that in the future we avoid such unclear mechanics and make such information publicly available.

I was killed again on my birthday, March 29. This is already becoming a tradition in KRC. It's funny that hosts even wrote “it's a coincidence! honestly!” No offense taken, hahaha, on the contrary, thanks to this death I was able to have a good birthday celebration without the distraction of thinking about who is mafia and how to use my many abilities.

    GG everyone!
    I agree with plan C.

Even if game is already over, I am still agree, why not?

Unfortunately though now I must say I am retiring as a player of FM. I will definitely be around to co-host and stuffs, but I don't see me playing FM again for 1-2 years (at minimum not the next KRC).

I've had long-standing mental issues in the background when playing mafia and those unfortunately spiked up at a point while I was playing the game. To be perfectly clear, this game was very fun and enjoyable throughout it, but at certain point those issues made me feel really terrible. I've had these issues in my whole 5 years of playing FM, and I've concluded there is no way for me to adequately address it. And since those moments suck so much for me, and frankly I'd like to co-host a KRC for once (before Lumi came along and changed everything I hosted a KRC or two), that's why I'm retiring from FM as a player. I may return in the future but definitely not any time soon and certainly not next KRC.

    KRC 2025 Hall of Fame

We're jumping right in with this year's honorable mentions:

    Desert Bus Driver
    By: YoubutWorse
Game: KRC Oddyssey through the Ages

This role takes the existing Bus Driver to another level. We appreciated how much fun the creator clearly had with it, especially the cheeky point that could be gained that did nothing but change its flavour. Playful, yet impactful, with the possibility for utter chaos!

Spoiler : Desert Bus Driver :
    Role: Desert Bus Driver

    Disgruntled Mailman
    By: Yayap
Game: KRC Oddyssey through the Ages

We get messenger roles almost every year, but this one cleverly integrates it with the action feedback system to make a cohesive, flavourful role with the potential of being very powerful in the right hands (or the wrong ones, depending on your alignment!).

    Spoiler : Disgruntled Mailman :
    Role: Disgruntled Mailman

    Prime Ape
    By: Deathworlds
Game: KRC Oddyssey through the Ages

Another role where you can imagine the person designing it to be grinning all the way through development. Has the potential to become very powerful if left alive too long and yet the emphasis clearly was on making something that was fun first and foremost. MONKEY!

    Spoiler : Prime Ape :
    Role: Prime-Ape

    Hmmm Monkey (Passive):
When you die, you will flip with the following last will.

    Threadpull Master
    By: Stick
Game: KRC Oddyssey through the Ages

I think all players who voted for this role secretly wished they could have played KRC twice. Designing a role around a puppet account challenges the creator to make the extra effort the player has to put in pay off beyond "you have two votes and two ITAs". This role did that while still allowing the player a great amount of versatility in how to play it.

    Spoiler : Threadpull Master :
    Role: Threadpull Master

Your Voice Does Not Go Unheard (Passive):

    I'll do it myself (Passive):
If your Puppet Account dies, all instances of Puppet Account in this rolecard change to your account.

Use your threadpull wisely (Night Action - Action Type Varies):
Each night, you may spend your Threadpull on one of the following abilities:
    • 1 Threadpull (Killing): Target a player and increase their next ITA level by 1
    • 4 Threadpull (Protective): Target a player to have your Puppet Account bodyguard them for the current Night phase
    • 5 Threadpull (1-shot, Self-Targetable - Protective): Target a player to make them Commute during the current Night phase
    • 7 Threadpull (1-shot - Investigative): Target a player to learn who targeted them during the current night phase

KRC 2025 Hall of Fame (1)

This year's entries for the Hall of Fame each get their own post in no particular order!

    Cat Must Die
    By: Ewianking
Game: KRC Oddyssey through the Ages

I knew this was going to be a popular role when it was first submitted, combining high memeing with high flavour with high potential impact. I am really happy a role managed to make it into the Hall of Fame despite dying as early as it did!

Spoiler : Cat Must Die :
    Role: Cat Must Die

KRC 2025 Hall of Fame (2)

    Michael the Bicycle
    By: neil the eel
Game: KRC Oddyssey through the Ages

Clearly a flavour first design that had interesting mechanics to match them. It does something that is very KRC, which is public weird feedback (the weather/sticker/honk/italics flip, and the hooting/last will). Aside from that, the idea of theming a role after your bike is just very fun!

Spoiler : Michael the Bicycle :
    Role: Michael the Bicycle
