As has been reported, some people hosting the game are doing things like displaying hateful imagery or adding videos to the game.
After analysis of what's going on, it appears to be a vulnerability involved in the generation of lobbies, allowing the lobby creator to essentially replace essential map files with whatever they want. Think of it like a dealer in a card game replacing the cards in their hands with aces they have up their sleeves.
Furthermore, once the lobby is created, the damage is done; even if the malicious actor is removed from the lobby or leaves on their own, the poisoned files will still be present in that run of the game. As we have no ability to prevent people from making lobbies, this means that there is little here that we can do.
As such, until Blizzard fixes this issue, I cannot recommend you play the Mafia map.
While the videos are certainly annoying, the actual scale of this exploit is far greater. The attacker who makes the lobby has essentially unfettered access to your machine to run code at the same level as Starcraft 2. There've been reports in other games of bank wipes, game crashes, and data corruption.
We will try and keep people apprised of the situation as we find out more, but as of this time, this appears to affect the entire SC2 Arcade.

It appears that Blizzard has finally become aware of this issue and at least claim to be taking steps to remedy it.
During their work on this, they have disabled all map uploads, which prevents us from doing any updates on the map.
Hopefully they'll at least get the exploit fixed.
