Was the game result altered?
By pure vote math, yes, he cost the town a slot and an execution. 3 had useful information to provide, and technically, was reporting on his actions and things being done to him. That said his method of doing so was obviously being done in intentionally the worst way possible, so I question how much help he would have been if he'd lived longer, as for all intents and purposes he appeared to be a troll. Furthermore for a while the BEGUILER had town eating out of his hand.
