So I recently formatted my computer, and lost my points. Aren't they saved serverside (and yes, I did give my correct b.net name)?

Custom map progress are saved in your computer. Did you backup your bank files?

For those using Mac OS playing SC2 Mafia in NA server

Library --> Application Support --> Blizzard --> Starcraft II --> Accounts --> {account number} -> {account ID} -> Banks -> 1-S2-1-689689 -> MBank13.SC2Bank

I think MBank13.SC2Bank should be the most current one.

No, the files, like Nick pointed out, are saved on your computer. The game is already very limited in space so this is the way it had to be done. This is why it is easy to hack points, reset being banned, things like that.
