Mostly I deal with reports and assign punishments, keep the map updated with them and other details around that.

day 1 for me is just the beginning of sorting and organizing thoughts about some players based on what they have posted, then gradually update that information as days progress. If my past experience has taught me anything, I gotta be pretty careful not to become biased towards someone because I either hard town read them or scum read them on day 1.

Some scums will try to appear town, whereas most towns would naturally appear town. Then there are those in both alilgnment who don't really care about their appearance and generally harder to read. The latter group makes it harder for me to develop a read, most often contribute very little, if they are present in the game at all. IMO, there is no point going for people that are letting themselves to be read (town/scum) on day 1, because you can either strengthen or weaken your stance about someone as days progress. But if you have this group of players that aren't really helping with solve (be it predictions, speculations or whatever), you can't really develop the game. It just becomes a guessing game. So I'd rather vote the latter group of players than the former.

This is my personal preference. Of course if someone is playing scum alignment with their cards facing up on the table (strong scumread), i'd go for it.

I won’t deny the Method of TvT has been accurate.
I have had a game where I was called TvT with 3 different people by like 4 different people.
The 3 players I was “TvT” with were all town.
But that doesn’t always happen, that read isn’t always accurate.

I can see how calling someone confident when they doubt a TvW world can seem shallow, however think about it like this,
If you don’t view a TvW world and only see it as a TvT you are confident, least I see it that way.
I for one don’t trust reads like that with a grain of salt, I try to find individual points that can indicative someone’s alignment.
An example again with the later thing I said, people called me TvT with 3 players.
I still didn’t buy all of it, maybe I considered one to be evaluated as a town but the other 2 not so much.
Were they all town? Yes. But I couldn’t see it at the time, I couldn’t believe I had been interacting with not one not two but three town to the extent of interactions as I did and it to be all pure.

So now, can you and Ultra be TvT?

I genuinely believe Ultra is Town, I’ve liked their tone this game allot.

Okay, so I'm not the only one who fails to understand DM's posts (and I recall Debbie sharing similar thoughts). I don't know what to make of this, tbh. It definetly is a terrible idea to bring him to lategame unless a solve on him magically descends from Heaven, for the record.
