First thing's first I guess. Supposedly, Achro leaves thread tomorrow assuming Ikarus survives. Do scum kill Ikarus to prevent that? I'd imagine not, because they'd be leaving Ultra alive and preventing Achro from winning through that condition. This leaves Achro in thread who now wants to eliminate the mafia for not letting him win. Assuming Arrow is Mafia, it'd be stupid for Mafia to support a miselim on Wisp only to go and shoot Ikarus when Achro wanted to elim Arrow in the first place. (This is assuming the team isn't Wisp+Arrow).

But the main takeaway imo is that it'd be stupid for Mafia to shoot Ikarus, thus whether we eliminate Arrow or Wisp today doesn't really make a difference in terms of Achro's win condition.

Regardless of who you vote for, at this stage of the game, you've got to have some sort of justification for doing so, especially when you could accidentally be causing a hammer. As long as it's your own justification, even if it's wrong or flawed, at least you have your own justification and reason.

I like ikarus's post here (#2134) because he's calling out mac for declaring that he'll just go along with Achro's mark. He also already made this case against Wisp (#215 so I'll just talk about Mac. He replies to Ikarus' post here (#217. Mac is saying that Achro is unlikely to pick someone who isn't Mafia, thus it's worth it to resolve both Achro's slot and whoever Achro wishes to pursue.

The reason I personally don't like this is because his premise that Achro is unlikely to pick someone that isn't Mafia is flawed. Compared to everyone else, Achro actually has the lowest chance to pick a Mafia out of all of us. For town, we have ourselves and Achro to exclude from whoever we decide to pursue. For Mafia, well obviously they know each other. Achro has no one to exclude but himself. He's got it no better than anyone in selecting Mafia to mark.

But, y'know, for what it's worth, Achro has only shown a willingness to help us solve, just so long as he's getting closer to fulfilling his win condition. So why wouldn't he be trying to solve? Sheeping him seems like a sound strategy. But that's my main point. Mac is essentially just sheeping Achro. Achro's competent, maybe he's got a good grip on who Mafia are this game. But mac, you're competent, too. Ya did great in champs and all that. Why not come to your own sol-

But now you seem convinced that the team is MM/Ikarus, and you're voting Ikarus, the person Achro needs alive to win. I don't get it. I don't even get the connection between MM and Ikarus here. Maybe there's a world where that's possible, and Ikarus faked the carol and put his scummate MM in it. But that's risky; Ikarus would've gotten a lot more mileage out of putting just towns in the carol. And Ikarus has been towny this whole game. You even thought so during lrevious day phases too. I feel like you're coming to the conclusion that Ikarus is scum and you're not doing a very good job at selling it to me. The reason seems half-baked and you're going back on things you said earlier today and also seem to forsake things said in previous days.

Ikarus' reply to you (#2192) points out that pre-flipping Arrow the way you are comes off as TMI, and I have to agree. Maybe you've just given in to tinfoil or something but whatt makes it look worse is the defense of Wisp. Wisp hasnt been that wolfy to you and you usually find Wisp if that slot is a wolf. This is a meta reason, it doesn't really mean much to begin with. But suddenly it makes your post (#2183) look like TMI on Arrow and you're proposing an alternate wagon (Ikarus) to counteract the Wisp wagon because Wisp is your teammate.

NGL to you. My first reaction to this post when I read it as I was waking up (therefore not in the best of minds), was that you are distancing yourself while still voting out arrow, and i don't think i'd ever buy that acrho isn't a neutral that will leave the game tonight or tomorrow.
