Issue: Rayfa dies n1, and proceeds to intentionally lag the entire game. That really sums it up. People were complaining about it the entire game, death notes about it, and im pretty sure you can see it in the replay(?). It was obviously intentional, waiting just long enough to never hit 0s for long enough to get kicked. Hopefully I did this right?
