The common practice is that FM Staff uses its infinite wisdomlogic to determine whether or not the game should be skipped
Here, since the lack of players is quite obviously not due to a lack of interest in the setup, but rather to a lack of players, it'd be quite ridiculous to skip the game imo. The other game up for signs hasn't been any more successful in attracting signs anyway.

I suggest we invite more people to sign so that we can play this
