Even though you already stink, i highly suggest that you roll around in your own feces to disguise your scent from predators. If you have been constipated lately, you can always borrow feces from a friend or neighbor. You want feces with a good 'sticky' texture to it. overly dry feces will not adhere to the skin well, while feces with too much water/moisture will drain off you throughout the day (especially if you are in the midst of running from a predator). What I recommend is having a decent meal 1-2 hours before bed with a good fiber content. Oatmeal, granola + yogurt is a great option because of the added protein in the yogurt; it makes for an exceptionally strong smelling fece the following morning.
