I'm writing this post to remind Mafia players of a DARK TIME in history...initiated by the DARKEST REVENANT: the in-game name censorship period.

Remember when you couldn't use NIGGER for a name? Or HITLER, or STALIN? I couldn't fucking type Jewish Kugel, but I could type YIDDISH KUGEL!!!

The last names of evil dictators is now a curse word. Like Voldemort. Oh wait, Voldemort WAS allowed!

I'm so happy that it was cancelled. I don't say nigger in real life, only online. Online is for trolling, not real life. However, I ask DR a question: Why did you implement the censoring?

Edit: DON'T TELL ANYONE, NOT EVEN DR: You can't use nigger alone I think, but you can use names like "Officer Nigger" "Nigger Jew" "Nigger Nazi" etc. I've tried before and it works, not sure about now because I haven't played SC2 Mafia in a while tbh.

i have never been one for censorship of text in online games. i think its silly, i always turn off filters if they are on. games that auto censor rather then give an option to turn it off makes me roll my eyes and sigh a little.

ASH, you don't understand the concept of a TRIBUTE to a previous time. You can NOW use NIGGER, long after the censorship feature was "removed", or whatever happened.
