I can't think of an ability that incentivizes scumplay during the day, which is the main point (if corrupts only rely on their special night actions and otherwise just play like non-corrupts, this still isn't Mafia). If you have ideas, though, it would be good to see them.

What would you think about giving the scum faction a target that only they know, and if they successfully get their target convicted they gain an extra 2 votes for their candidate?

Edit: the problem then becomes what is the incentive for town to vote?
