If someone really had an unexpected busy life, and replaced out of a game, then people may think "oh hey that must mean X player was scum" even if that is or isn't true. Its like trying to catch people with very bad
reasoning.

I'm not going to speculate though if Mike did just leave due to a busy life, I'm not going to speculate at all on it.
