DH is guiltied. Conspiracy, #3, says :

And leaves. The game was by no means over with a 2 triad, 1 auditor, and 4 town. Triad could have killed a town and put it back into 3v3. This reactionary gamethrow very much affected the outcome of the game.

The auditor clearly did NOT throw since they don't know who is what.
