Found this(more than a month old though):

Rachyl has been permanently banned from MafiaUniverse.

We don't do this often, but there were egregious violations on another site that would cause trouble on Mafia Universe. We decided to pro-actively ban Rachyl to avoid these problems in our immediate future. Reminder that we're not a police state shindig that monitors your thoughts and pasts, but if serious stuff comes to our attention we're not going to just ignore it and pretend things will magically work out differently here.

What did she do so bad here that she got banned somewhere else for it?

Essentially she mass created threads devoted to the spread of Christianity and was extremely toxic which is an interesting combo. She was trying to convert members of the site to Christianity and would tell us we would be going to hell if we did not repent.

I have a picture somewhere on my computer of her saying “Shut up you stupid retard! I will play whatever I want you reprobate” or something along those lines which is honestly LEGENDARY

Then she got banned from the mod for gamethrowing and had a meltdown and got permabanned. She has tried to make alts multiple times and gets swiftly banned.

Yeah, that has been here for a while. Basically what Stealth said, but he forgot an important part : when she was "preaching", she used to slightly get herself into the reprobates category... MU's move is understandable lol.
