Well, as the Mafia this game was really easy since town killed themselves to death because of jester. At the end, the 3 of us (all mafia) decided to kill ourselves just for the lulz. too ez. Here's a screenshot of jester win only. Pretty damn hilarious. Nice too.

If town is all dead (majority) that means they wouldn't win anyway, and if the mafia members had a mutual agreement to let the jester win, that's their loss/niceness. This isn't gamethrowing at all since it was a mutual agreement and didn't piss anybody off. It would be gamethrowing if say 1 of the 3 mafia members said no, I want to win, screw the jester, and the other two mafia members plus the jester voted him off and then suicided.

This is mostly correct. The problem with game throwing is that it sucks for your team if they're playing to win. However, if your whole team agrees upon the action then so be it - do what you will

A few days ago, I was playing Arsonist (for literally the third time in a row. And I had amazingly won as Arso the two previous games). It came down to 3 people: Doctor, Jester, Arsonist (me). I felt that giving the Jester the win and seeing the win screen would be worth it, so I doused the Doctor. He knew he would lose, so the following day, we decided to lynch the Jester. After canceling his vote, he proclaimed a Town win, but I said Jester wins =p. Lynch Jester, I die of grief, he gets burned alive. Jester win!

A similar thing happened on a game I played once, except it was an SK, jester, and some town role I can't remember. The SK wasn't intending to lose and get the Jester win screen, however.
