Is there any way to report him to Bnet officials ?

He is joining games when he clearly knows he's on banlist. He said on game lobbys that he want admins to regret they banned him, so every game that starts with him will only be played with 14 ppl instead of 15 so it pisses players off... and im not counting the times where other morons keep joining like Necroplant and get kicked so number of players drop far below 14.

Is there any way to report these players so they cant even join certain types of games....

2. No, you can't report him to Bnet officials just for getting kicked/dropped in-game.
Also, you don't have to kick morons like Necroplant because it's optional, just because you get a chance to kick it doesn't mean you have to.

Try having to wake up at 4 am because some asshole posted 10 threads of underage nudity on the forums and the dude had an IP generator so we couldn't IP ban him easily.
