You have a point. Could the mods be responsible for the dying community? Without mods more players would probably join/return to the community without a fear of prosecution. However without law, the game would be unplayable (unless the community somehow is miracously friendly). Perhaps we may want to “educate” fellow players. The way I see it, the pros and cons of the existence of mods is 50/50
