Firstly, I've been operating under the theory that Hybrid/MM are not scum together since their initial reaction at day 1 start.

I felt like MM sucked up to Hybrid too much at daystart and he gave into his positions too easily. That wouldn't be bad in and of itself - might just see Hybrid as some kind of town godking. But completely ditching his Hybrid townread when Hybrid flipflopped on SJ's train felt like too much. Bear in mind, MM had Hybrid as the hardest of hard townreads.

And, given that they're friends, I would have expected MM to understand that the SJ flipflop was more likely down to one of Hybrid's extravagances - as there was little scum motivation to flipflop like that. Hybrid's tone, even while voting SJ, implied he didn't actually scumread SJ and was trying to encourage him to give a good defense.

Hybrid's sense of self-importance also excused him for the way he acted with his vote during the first 24 hours, imo.

I think MM sucked up to Hybrid because it was the simplest thing to do, after clearly getting thrown off by Hybrid's vote on MM at daystart. I think his scumbuddy told him in daychat that Hybrid's flipflop on SJ would be a good time to switch his view on Hybrid because a Hybrid train may have been viable in tehf turue.

Sorry guys, I'm going to take it easy with the posts today and focus on retiring by midnight. I'll make up for it tomorrow when I'm back up to full speed.

I read everything except most of RLVG's self-iso. It seemed like shit - he was literally reiterating the points in the post themselves, except aggrandizing them slightly / making the posts sound better than they are.

The whole argument against RLVG yesterday was "omg you said you'd hold off on voting SJ to let discussion happen then you voted anyway wtf" - he just needed to respond to that (which he did and fair enough). He didn't need all this other crap. A far better self-defense would have just been... giving reads.

Also, one of his new day 2 posts is a "reply-as-you-read" post. This means it starts with him going "pfft omg look at SJ doing all this crappy shit ooh yeah I bet he's scum" and then at the end of the same post give his "reaction" to SJ flipping town. It gives him a way of talking about how scummy SJ seemed AFTER SJ HAS FLIPPED TOWN while looking relatively natural.

Of course, it doesn't actually help the town to hear more about how scummy SJ was when we already know he's town. In short, the only purpose the wall serves is making his SJ vote and his opinions look better while not actually contributing useful insight to town - because he's literally providing reads on a dead person.

So, in short, RLVG's posts have very little to do with solving the game and a lot to do with bolstering his image. Not good.

Marsh was kinda null day 1, but I'm starting to get a bit of a bad vibe from him. His aura has completely transformed over 48 hours. A paranoid man would theorize that he's getting relentless coaching in a scumchat.

I wanna try a therapy session with Iced before reentering my bunker. It might have been my delirious 2am self having delusions, but I started to get this scary instinct that there's a town!perspective to Iced's actions and I've played this game terribly XD
