Summary:
There is a lot more detail than I have time for, but here are some snippets of what happened. I am not sure if the winning faction's co-conspirators who facilitated town in game-throwing/achievement-hunting should be included, but I did not include them in this report.

Hints of what was about to come started on day 7, when cultist #6 was at the stand. He admitted to being cult and tried to get inno vote by offering cult achievement and offering to "convert you". At this time, 8 took the offer seriously, it seems, as he said "can we promise to turn me cult if we're gonna play that kinda game" and "i do want a cult win". In any event, everyone guilties the cultist and he is lynched.

That could be understandable if town had no chances to win at this point, but Mayor still has 4 votes and town has majority. More conversation happens about achievement and the like. Mayor jumps on-board with "up to you guys" and "alright then, cult it is" the two cultists and 11-Citizen skip.
