    Witch doesn't stop arsonist

    Don't know if this is intended, but as Witch I was unable to stop the Arsonist from igniting his targets. There were no Bus drivers or other witches and I wasn't role blocked. Bug or not?

    Not a bug. Burning is not targeted action; the Witch description mentions that it doesn't affect nontarget actions.
