According to the replay database this player 1735 points on august 13th 2013, then i assume his bank reset as on august 19th 2016 he had 1027 points however you can see he plays but not enough as on september 6th he has 1067 points.

While it's entirely possible that this player accumulated these points between now and august 2016, however not with these win&games played stats. It's as if the player modified their bank to reflect the point they believe they once had.

as a side note, someone who has 18900 points is looking at about 600 wins and over 800 games played.

So I am Bobtwo, I'll explain what happened. I am a casual player but have been playing on and off for years. At some point a year or 2 ago after having not played for many months i logged on and my points were reset, I assumed it was due to a new version didn't think much of it. Played on and off for several more months and then at some point played in a game with a hacker who adjusted everyone's points in the game. Honestly i should have reported it then, but i didn't really think much of it. I think that happened near the end of the summer of 2016, and been playing on and off since. I logged on today and saw i was point banned. I can try to find the replay of the game where the hacker added all the points but to be honest it is a lot of replays to sift through. Was hoping i could get point restored and get any achievements i had earned restored as well.
