Overall, I didnt see him giving much of his personal thought about people, hence the lack of information about it. Half the posts where him defending himself from a possible PL, the rest of it was hopping on and off of only thug the PL.
Also he has a serious lack of voting. For a town needing to use the votes to get rid of scum, he has used very little of the towns true power in votes.

If you want to accuse me of lurking, you might be underestimating how much of my day I spend on various areas of the forums.

I feel it's distracting to try and scumhunt before everyone's checked in, because you can focus on the wrong people, and then the real scum can slide under the radar while you're focused on low-hanging fruit.

It was also like 2AM.

I can't even keep track of the arguments here. So we're pressuring Rhamur simply to try and scare him, and meanwhile, Deathworlds thinks Stereo is scum and needs to be lynched.

So you want me lynched because I counseled reason on waiting until everyone had checked in, and because I slept poorly and came back to check in? Good reason.

I mean, if you're trying to policy lynch me for day one inactivity or because you scumread me for not contributing D1, PTB, it doesn't rattle me anymore because I'm voted day one literally every game I'm in. I *ALWAYS* get scumread in FM and am considered low-hanging fruit for this reason. I usually can make up for it day 3 or 4 if I live that long.

It's less a strategy and more that's when I tend to hit my stride. I'm working on improving when I do that.

My current thought is that PTB is being extremely aggressive. My gut is that he's trying to establish town-leader status, and is consequently either a citizen, or is a scum. He's not playing it as well as Marksman did in the last game, though.

More thoughts:

Where is Superjack? He disappeared right after the train on me started, so is he trying to lurk the rest of the day?

Banana is clearly whiteknighting at me based on my meta, which is appreciated, but I'm not sure to what end they're doing it.

As for Firebringer, I'm not sure I understand his question.

I don't think I'm going to vote anyone yet. My strongest scum read is Superjack and even that's not very strong. Additionally, PTB will just read me voting him as trying to distract from my own situation and use it as evidence against me in the event of a mislynch.

I see no problems with this as at least a PL.

I hadn't seen Rhamur was back when I posted that. The only reason I wasn't voting him was because he was AFK.

If I PL you, that strengthens my scum read when you end up being mislynched, why would I want to do that? To get mislynched myself?

According to the setup, hammer only happens at the 24 or 48 hour mark...not sure why anyone should unvote.

Lets do some analysis.

I'll start with fire and just go down the list.

I have Town reads on Banana and SJ. Unknown is likely to vote Fire based on the last M-FM. I seems counter intuitive, but believe me this is right up Unknown ally as a Scum tactic. In the M-FM Unknown was confirmed Town by day 2. Given his involvement with the Fire lynch in the M-FM, I can infer that Unknown wants to associate himself as confirmed Town along with the idea of Double Jeopardy. the other option is that Unknown has a correct read on Fire and Fire is Scum. Besides that, Unknown could be bussing Fire for gosu Town credit. Bananas motivation for voting Fire is the same as SuperJack's. That they fear Fire is never going to show that he is Town this game.

Next, we have Gyrlander voting for me. The Town motive for him to do so is as to show to not forget about anyone who isn't pressured, so upon his death people see that he voted for me. Like a last testament to not forget about people who don't have pressure on them.

Stereo is the sole voter of Mesk. This can be interpreted in two different ways. First, He is Scum and is trying to keep who he pressures out of the forefront of people's minds so he votes someone who has no other votes on them. Its like a defence mechanism that keeps people from putting attention on them. Other option is that he is Town and feels like he is on the ropes and is trying to point us to a person more dangerous than himself.

Stereo: Fire and Arrow are voting him. This is an easy, low risk vote on someone who may or may not know any better because they just don't have the experience with forum mafia. Fires motivation, as well as Arrows for doing so is either because they are Scum or they are Town. If they are both scum, it is really unlikely that stereo is also Scum. the reason for this is that no one else is voting for stereo. If I was Scum I wouldn't double up on my partner first thing, I would wait to see how people see my Scummate. If Fire is Town, it is basically a PL from him. stereo hasn't done much to deserve huge speculation now that I think about it and he has mostly been on the defensive. Fires morivation for voting stereo as Scum is that it is very easy to dismiss a lynch on stereo and that is something that Fire is good at as Scum. Arrow OTOH has every motivation to vote for stereo if Arrow is scum and stereo is Town. It is low risk. voting the person who made the hammer on the controversial PL is the "right" play if you are Scum. Don't ask about this, it just is. If Arrow is Town, I would expect him to give it time before firing a vote towards stereo knowing that stereo could take a lot of heat very quickly. This lends itself to disorganized Town behavior and a possible quick lynch.

My vote on Arrow is not safe since it relies on me trying to make a case on someone who should be more than capable of defending Themselves. If I am Scum I would never vote Arrow here. The case is just too hard to make as a Scum player trying to convince Town to vote a very competent player who is also Town.

Banana Cucho: PTB is voting them because they think Banana is a threat to the gamestate that we are currently in. It was Banana that was so strong to PL a player that flipped Town. PTB thinks if this player is allowed to do this, then that makes the game much harder to solve and decreases Towns chances of lynching Scum. Also, as PTB gave their reason, the think is was Banana who was just trying to push an easy mislynch as Scum. PTB could be Scum trying to get an easy lynch on Banana, but I don't think anyone is going to not believe that PTB is being genuine and for good reason. There is also a power play at work here. Both Banana and PTB are competing for the dominant Town slot. I have no idea why Mesk is voting Banana.

These are just my thoughts on this VC, I don't think it should go without suspicion, but I share it to give my thoughts and to be transparent.
