I'm happy you brought this up because I'm animated this time around. That confirms that I'm town.
No, I am not using RL as an excuse. I'm using RL to refute your point that I'm not playing to my town meta and whatnot. My point is that you've set high expectations for me this game, and my RL withstands me from achieving those expectations. I am not using RL as an excuse.I know NU is using RL as an excuse, but this seems like an outlier, even assuming that's true.
I'm proving you wrong. You don't just go from starting trains aggressively to being the third person on a train and dropping votes lazily without any reason.
Those were characteristics (or at least some concerns other players had) of my town play in BN.Yes, this is partially a meta argument, but the meta is just the framing. The behavior itself is scummy -- opportunistic voting, no reasoning for said voting, no consideration of the quality of the train (i.e. no one else has made a case against Titus), listless / disengaged responses, and reactive vs. proactive play.
My play this game has been proactive for the most part. I've been the one engaging MiniZ, SP, yzb, GF, and Titus. Only you and BC have engaged me. I've only been reactive towards you two. I hope you see that.
When I roll town too though, zzz. Look at IC. Town!DB has always scumread me.The meta point just compounds why I think it's scummy since NU has emphasized the opposite when he has rolled Town in many recent games. He also tends to come off a bit "deer in headlights" when he rolls scum -- noting the opening slip in Spies.
