Summary & Details: Jeff was a confirmed jailor that started off the game by killing DH n1. We assume all is good - he got lucky. What apparently happened is 7 told him who DH is as they both intended to throw the game. As the game progresses everything is fine. Towards the end-ish of the game we have a day without a lynch, and Jeff jails and executes the confirmed Mayor that had done well so far. From here the game quickly devolves, with 7 eventually being confirmed as Triad by 1 and 12 defending his friend, even though 12 is town. Together they killed the remaining town and suicided, losing the game for everyone.

Apologizes if I got anything here wrong, this is my first time using the forums. I got my formatting from other ban reports. If you need anything else I'll be here. I just don't want to see scum like these coming back again and ruining it for more people. Especially after Jeff said at the post-game lobby "See you all next week".

Summary:
Night 4 Jeff kills confirmed mayor. Mayor had already revealed and wasn't trolling or anything to make a jailor want to kill a mayor.
Game comes down to the end with 1 neutral 1 triad (half natty) and 3 town (myself, jeff, and another person)
Jeff purposely won't vote his friend, and instead jails me so I can't roleblock half natty (I was escort) and half natty kills other town person. 15 (the survivor) realizes jeff is throwing the game and decides not to join them in voting me up for trial the next day.
They then kill 15 the next night, lynch me the following day, then both suicide at the end so that nobody wins.
All graveyard chat agrees they were skyping and game throwing, and I'm assumming they will be reported by people other than myself. I will edit after looking at replay again if I find any other proof but I think even a quick view through the replay should prove me correct to you guys.

Summary: Game lasts 10 days, I'll just describe Jeff's actions, who is 12 (jailor) and skyping with Dirty Brazilian, 7 (Deceiver/Enforcer). N1: 12 exe'd DH, N2: 12 exe's Spy, D3: Mayor reveals, 12 pm's mayor correctly identifying 8 as MM, town lynches silencer, N3: Nothing, N4: 12 exe's Mayor, N5: Jailor jails vig, preventing the vig from shooting, Day 6: 12 saves 7 from lynch by voting inno 2v2, vig is put on the stand and lynched with 12 abstaining for a 2v1 guilty, the following few days sees the game reduced to a survivor, an escort, the jailor and the enforcer, The jailor needs to jail the escort so the enforcer can kill, and enforcer kills the survivor, he wont kill 12, his friend. 12 and 7 then both lynch the escort and duel suicide that final night, resulting in a 'Nobody Wins' screen. 12 then claims to be Necro and says He'll be back next week.

Was the Game Result altered?
Yes, Goofenstein and HalfNatty both coordinated their play, in terms of HalfNatty undoubtedly feeding Goofenstein information about the Triad, and Goofenstein executing a confirmed Mayor so that they could work to be the final two survivors of the game. Then they both simultaneously committed suicide on Night 9 to deprive both the Triad and the Town of the win. This caused the game to end in "nobody wins".

Summary
Goofenstein and HalfNatty enter the game in adjacent slots (2 and 3), suggesting they are partied or otherwise affiliated. Goofenstein rolls Jailor (#12 - Jeff) and HalfNatty rolls Deceiver (#7 - Dirty Brazilian). On Night 1, Goofenstein jails and executes the Dragon Head. This is not in and of itself suspicious other than the two players' track record of colluding together in games.

On Day 3, #4 - Bologna Pongna reveals himself to be the Mayor. On Day 4, Goofenstein convinces #4 to let him jail that night and inexplicably proceeds to jail #4 (the Mayor). That night Goofeinstein executes the confirmed Mayor in jail -- this is a clear example of intentional game-throwing. For what it's worth, despite his extremely weak excuse, there was no possibility of Cult given the Witch Doctor was killed on Night 1 and that was the only Neutral Evil slot possible. Moreover, his collaborating with the Mayor during the day suggests this is a shameless cover and was more intended to gain the Mayor's trust so that there would be a no-lynch and he could jail/execute him.

During the next several days Goofenstein and HalfNatty defend each other so that they can both survive as well as prevent any vote against either from taking place. This allows HalfNatty the opportunity to kill off the other Town as well, obviously not Goofenstein of course though. Eventually, the game is down to four players, at which time HalfNatty night kills the Survivor. On Day 9, the two vote up the last Town member (other than Goofenstein), #1 and guilty him. Finally, on Night 9, the two simultaneously decide to suicide (with zero hesitation -- both type that command as soon as the night begins), showing their coordinated effort to ruin the game for the other players. This results in a "nobody wins" ending to the game. Of note, this is the exact same thing they did in a prior report, which suggests this was no mere accident or isolated incident.

Finally, at the end of the game, Goofenstein also says "Im necro" and laughs at the idea of being reported for his behavior this game. Clearly, neither player has learned from their prior punishment given they employed the exact same Skyping / Game-Throwing plan here so I am recommending a Ban List x 4 for Goofenstein and a Ban List x 6 for HalfNatty, which is more severe than the typical punishment that would be issued here.

Summary
I would like to appeal this ban. I will be representing myself as well as my client Gaffenstood. Due to the game having no tutorial we actually have no clue how to properly play this game. Since Mesk being an admin who was abusing powers gets "training" all we ask for is the same punishment in return so that we can actually learn from our previous mistakes.
