Our system is set up to slowly knock down punishments as one serves time, first going from banlist to watchlist, and then back to good standing. I've set you down to Watchlist so you should be able to play again, since Kickvote list is rarely if ever used anymore and I'm not quite sure how you got on it. I'll be updating the map with the new copy shortly; hope this helps!
