My hard drive got corrupted and ruined a long time ago and it required me to get a new computer. At the time I got a new computer, i believe I had between 8,000 and 10,000 points. However, having never signed up for the website until now i have accumulated around 11,000 points since getting my new computer. I was hoping you could look up my previous profile and add how ever many points i lost to my current player file. Thanks

So the first one i posted was from September 29, 2012, this one I am posting now is from April 2013. The one from September 29, 2012 shows me having 6,430 points. This one from April 21, 2013 shows me with 219 points.-Mafia-.SC2Replay

So the April of 2013 one I can confirm for 219 points, 4 games, 2 wins.

Obviously this is not nearly what you claimed to have, so we should definitely work to get the 2012 replay working. I get an error when trying to extract the bank information from it. I will speak to Oops about this and see what we can do; in the meantime, if someone else wants to use Helz's method of opening old replays and extracting bank data, that would be great.

Lysergic, Ian has 11,000 points atm. Policy is that, according to Arrow is that they do not add points to existing points. Toss did not make this clear.

The reason that this was denied is not because of the replay issue, but because he has accumulated 11,000 points since getting a new computer, and even if they were able to get an old replay to work, the recommendation would still be for him to play with the 11,000 he earned before. Should he lose those points in the future, he should request a restore promptly.
