Disliking someone is not harassment. Harassment would require him to go beyond these forums in an effort to torture you. Wait until your watchlist drops off then (they only last for a certain amount of time) and then send a pm appealing the forum ban to DR. You are only banned from the forums, presumably because of your behavior here. If you calm down, stop accusing fracking everyone who doesn't like you of harassment, and just wait out the watchlist I don't see any problem with allowing you back here (not that I have any say in the matter)
