Any help still possible on EU

Hello all,

I know there aren't any more updates on EU, but is there still any support possible on EU?
I'm having some trouble with some people who I would like to report, but would that have any effect on the EU side?

We aren't able to update to EU anymore as we have been locked out of the host account.

I would suggest considering a move to the US server, games are much more frequent there.
