I will confirm that he indeed did lag chat with the correct information. However, if another keeper wants to check the evidence.

Based from what I saw, the screen shot clearly shows the lag cheating. And Ambient has backed that up.

Fortunately it did not affect this game since no one believed him. However, I do agree that lag cheating should be punished even if he wasn't successful.
