BUG - day type: trial

For some reason it is impossible to nominate some people for trial in this mode. I lost a game once where i was mafia and had a mafia mate and the other one was an invulnerable SK. It was supposed to be a win.. but... WE COULDN'T VOTE HIM! I heard that "nominate - unnominate" can solve this problem temporally. However that didn't work well at the end because i could not even vote for my mafia mate

Before that there were also some cases where i could nominate only half of the players and the others were greyed out. Could this be fixed?
