Being from the UK I'm always looking for a new outlet where I can discuss the NFL ^^
So anyone want to share a thought or two on the current season? As an Eagles fan I was naturally disappointed with the start of our season, but our games against the Falcons/Bills etc. didn't make me COMPLETELY depressed because our Total Yardage was actually high. The Cowboys game last week was very encouraging, I think they can become at least a 9-7 team this year and with the Giants upcoming schedule can take the NFC East.
I'm happy for the Lions and the Bills, it's always great to see the underdog make a resurgence. The 49ers under new management are a cool surprise as well; not an exciting start to the season but a solid one, and they've just been getting better (6-1 wtf seriously?).
The Bucs-Bears game @ London I attended (in fact ESPN printed a pic of me xD), that was a really good game. There was lots of chat about bringing more games to London - I know that the commish floated some ideas about a London franchise down the line but the European fans I've spoken to agree with me in saying that it's a very naive idea. We'll be getting 2 games a year for the next 5 years at least though, which is fantastic. Apparently the NFL is approaching teams asking whether they'd like to play semi-regularly in London and come over for those 2 games. What do you American fans think about that?
Michael Vick has admitted he likes watching ZvZ matches... apparently he likes watching zerglings fight to the death.
