I was an exec this game, so I was NOT impacted by this game throw. However, I know how upsetting it is to be in this situation as town, and felt I should have reported it. It's a 40 min long game, so fast forward to the end if you wish. Use my vision, and you can see that it's very obvious that I am confirmed exec when there are 4 left. There is green, light pink, myself, and brown. Brown is confirmed jailor, and green was targeted by mafia, so that left myself and light pink. I was already confirmed exec, but he wanted to jail me anyways. I am not executed, but mafia kills again that night, so I was definitively confirmed by brown to not be GF. Now there's me (not GF), the jailor, and light pink, the obvious GF. He votes to lynch light pink a couple of times, but votes innocent each time, then jails and lynches me the next night, even though he knows this means a mafia win.

Basically he knew he was throwing the game for mafia when he had two opportunities to win. I'm sure no town in this game was happy. I also know that as Exec, I shouldn't have been playing favorites, but town did really well that game and really deserved the win.
