New Role: Briber

Role Name: Con-Artist
Abilities:
Can con 1 player at night "Players knows they are conned ON/OFF"
You control the persons vote the next day by clicking them and voting "They cannot use there vote, you must do it for them"
You can also choose who they target the following night
You can only con 1 player every other night
Maximum of 4 cons allowed
If no other mafia/triad alive, You can use 2 cons to convert someone to mafia/triad "Enforcer / Mafioso" (If you have more then 2, it takes all your cons)
If a Sheriff / Investigator visit the person you are conning that night, They will stop the con "Detects the briber when caught ON/OFF"

Ok, I understand the first part. Controlling someone's votes. Sounds cool.

But then, why does he get to control them like a witch?

And, what's with the mafia/triad conversions?

Is he a mafia / triad role, or is he a neutral. Is he an evil role who wants the town to lose, or can it side with town?

I was thinking he would be new Mafia / Triad role, to help them recover in a bad game, I have had several games where the mafia dies N1 and 1 guy is left to fight the whole town, Would give the mafia
a chance to come back.. Maybe the control the next night is a little op, but hes being conned into doing it by the con artist is where i got that from

Could go neutral though, and have no conversions to the mafia

I think it'll be too overpowered for triad. In effect, one ConArtist = 2-3 triads. This is even more powerful than disguiser that can kill 2 people because it leaves the original intact. Imagine a game with an interrogator or another conartist: N1: exe, convert, DH kills -> 3 townies dead, 1 extra triad -> 4 triad 6 townies. Misinformation/false accusation for random lynch D2 -> triad has majority D3. Neutral killing also makes it worse because, by chance, it's more likely he'll hit a town. Once triad has majority, it becomes easy to wipe out everyone else because they know conclusively who is on their side.

I mean, we all get frustrated. I wish stalkers did AOE damage vs mutas. However, it would probably upset everyone else... sometimes it's not about the balancing but about getting better at the game.

This role would be too op for mafia/triad and as a neutral evil he's basically a cultist with different name. :P
