Best time for Tourneys, Inhouse, and other collective activities?

Hello, Mafia has a diverse community stretching from Europe to the USA (I'm sure some Asians play it too, but I don't meet too many of them).

I wanted to figure out the BEST time for in-house games. That way, I know roughly when to schedule any tourneys. Also, it would give a better sense of when other players can arrange in-house games.

Just for reference: all times are in EST.
London = EST + 5 hours.
PST = EST - 3 hours.

I always find the best people on around 3am EST or 12am PST. I have the most fun playing mafia around this time fr the next 2-3 hours.
