Well, you are still in Detroit for whatever god forsaken reason, and you realize, it is July 18, otherwise known as the day of bankruptcy. Realizing this you panic, and you are frantic to escape! Luckily you are not one of the 13 people forced to stay. You wake up 5 minutes later in a room with other spectators. You sit up and watch the massacre from your chair.

At night you may scout a player, and select a target, if the person you scouted visits or is visited by your target, you will kill your target.
You receive the names of the top 5 bounties
Upon receiving $750 you may decide to disappear (you are killed) at night end or day end.

While you are alive, players on your mafia team can do any action given to another member of your mafia team, without sacrificing their normal night action.

Framer:
At night you may Frame someone to appear to visit the target of your choice, appear to be the role of your choice, and be suspicious.

Consigulair:
At night you may visit someone to find out their role.

Consort:
At night you may visit someone role block them.

Agent:
At night you may visit someone to find out who they visited and who visited them.

Janitor:
At night you may cleanse someone, if they die their last will and role will not present in day chat, you will be informed of the role.
You have two charges of this ability.

Drug Dealer:
At night you may visit someone to give them any one available feedback.

Chauffeur:
At night you may swap players X and Y, making all players that target one, instead visit the other.

Bruiser:
At night you may eliminate a player.
This ignores all healing, redirection, immunity, and role blocks.
You have 1 charge of this ability

Associate:
At night you may mark someone, or kill all people that are marked.
After your death the Mafia members may select to Kill all players Marked by yourself
This ignores all healing
Players are not informed of being marked

Citizens of Detroit

Heals are notified on both ends.

Escort:
At night you may role block someone.
You are not informed if the role block is unsuccessful.

Detective:
At night you may visit someone, learning who they targeted.

Lookout:
At night you may visit someone, learning who visited them.
This ignores investigative immunity

Vigilante
At night you may kill someone.
You have 2 bullets
You may shoot night 1

Veteran:
At night you may alert, killing anyone who visits you.

Homeless:
You have no special abilities or actions.

Bus Driver:
At night you may swap players X and Y, making all players that target one, instead visit the other.

Bodyguard:
At night you may guard someone, if that player were to be attacked, instead you and the attacker die.
Ignores Immunity

Manufacurist:
At night you may give a person a one use immunity vest (prevents all damage) or a one use gun.
You have 3 charges of this ability

Special Mechanics:

Ex-Godfather: Each night (starting with night 0) Richard will decide which mafia team gets to perform a killing action the next night (Associate Kill, Bruiser, Factional Night Kill). If Richard dies then both mafia factions can perform a killing action each night.

Bounties: Each player has a set amount of cash they may spend at night to put a bounty on a target. The player which kills a player with a bounty, gains the total amount of money in bounties on that person (if lynched the bounty is split among all players that voted.)
Vito, Al, and Richard start with $250
Homeless start with $50
Non-Homeless/Non Richard, Town Members start with $100
Other Mafia members start with $150
Assassins start with $0

Win Conditions:
Assassin: Have at least $750 at any time, Survive or disappear.
Citizens of Detroit: Eliminate the Mafias
MafIas: Eliminate the Other Mafia, and the Citizens of Detroit
