I think the last 3 keepers I have hired have hardly done anything on the forum ever. The newest one "FireBringer" is a PvZ staff who plays a ton of mafia for example.

Ingame moderation and the Reports Forum has begun drawing more from frequent gamers that Helz gets into contact with and determines to not be atrocious. Frankly it brings a lot more interest in actually doing reports and benefiting the game, where in drawing from known users of the forums often lead to people focused on coming up in the ranks of the forum's ladder. The door seems to revolve more easily but it's quick and efficient, pulling in those that are invested in helping, and kicking them out as they lose that interest.
