Points Distribution
Win as Town - 4 points
Win as Mafia (When there are two in setup) - 7 points
Win as Mafia (When there is only one in setup) - 6 points
Win as a Killing neutral (Sephiroth too!) - 10 points
Win as Special neutral (Soul of the Beast/Anarchist) - 7 points
Win as Cult Leader - 8 points (For every extra leader you begin with, each leader gets 2 less points)
Win as Cult Member - 3 points
Win as Witch - 6 points
Win as Benign Neutral (Executioner, Student, Survivor, Jester, Yuffie too! etc.) - 5 points
Lose as a Culted Member, but see your original faction win - Half of original faction's points(Rounding down)
Get Elected (Mayor/Pardoner) - 1 or 2 points
Get MVP - 12 points
Host a Game - 4 points
Accomplish Secondary Objective - 3 points
Mod-kill - -10 points
Suicide (when you still have a chance) - -5 points

1) Decrease points for Cult Leader Victory to 7
2) Increase points for special evil neutral to 8
3) Increase points for Citizen victory to 5
4) Decrease points for MVP to 10

1) Cult Leader is hard enough as it is. There were too many things working against cult in the previous setup especially.
2) There is no category for special evil neutral. I personally think 7 is a good number for Special neutrals because most of those roles are similar to survivor and aren't particularly hard to win as.
3) Most of the time, citizens do nothing. Just because a handful of citizens played well in FM 7 i see no reason to improve the scores of people like oops and suicidaln00b for contributing next to nothing.
4) MVP is the only thing that hosts can use to differentiate the majority of people who win and the people who played exceedingly well. 12 is a good number because it shows that playing well is even better than winning as a killing neutral.

I also don't like that 1 player will get recignition above all others, even though its very hard for a single player to cause a Town Victory.

Sephiroth falls into Killing Neutral, so if Goon had won he would have gotten 10 points, which is greater than cult leader. I'm not going to budge on the Citizens one, but I might lower MVP points.

yuffie is a special neutral yes, but she was much easier to win with than soul of the beast, she should be considered a benign

Yep, Yuffie falls into the benign category since she can win with town. Plus she wasn't a special role, she was a Ninja, a new role from suggestions. If you call roles from suggestions special then you will also include journalist and drug dealer there? Make it more accurate.

M-FM is not included in the points aggregate. I feel it is very important to limit its reach, M-FM was created for a very specific purpose and at the moment is providing a very entertaining side game while FMVI is in Night
