Just played a game that ended with one god father, one mafioso, and 2 consorts. The consorts just repeatedly blocked the mafia at night and neither side could muster majority. Some kind of tie breaker please.

When I have time I'm implementing a game draw system if the game goes 3 days with no death.
Really, doing win checks on every single possible combination of living players is not exactly feasible.
I've never seen a draw in real mafia game before. Think the problem is that there were too many roles that had role-blocks in your game, there should be a limit the amount you can have. You could also add a role that breaks ties, like a judge for example.
You could also put in a 'Mayor' role, that does nothing besides the ability to break ties.
When the mayor dies, the town can elect a new mayor. If it's a draw, the mayor is randomly chosen.
It is clear to everyone who the mayor is.
You can be mayor next to other roles, so you could be Godfather and Mayor at the same time.
