    Click on the group chat up top then click 'Create Group' on the upper left side. Its positioned like 'Create new thread' would be in other sections.

    No, because I have made groups before when I wasn't a donor. Also, I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to see Statistics unless you're a donor lol. I think you may have been placed in a Usergroup that has problems with permissions or something lol
