So apparently after a lot of reading I discovered I am whitelisted, but have no points retained. If possible I would like to have points back from a year ago or so I had a bunch thanks.

Well uh, there is absolutely nothing we can do unless you give us(at the very least, so we know who we're dealing with) your ID, which is precisely why there's an instruction thread.

Sorry about that, I initially posted all the information but then deleted it thinking I didn't need the thread since My Id worked only to realize that I lost all my points, so when I re edited I forgot about the stuff I deleted lol.
