Why isn't Necroplant insta-kicked?

This is getting ridiculous. I have spent an hour today trying to play but game after game Necroplant joins, spams swastikas, pauses over and over, lags, abuses players and then causes leave trains. If he gets made host he spams start and cancel over and over until people, fed up, leave.

Seriously, why is there not an option that a single -kick vote removes him, this is insanely infuriating. Today he's been joining game after game in a 3 player party which all defend him, also spam swastikas and then continue the leave train if he is kicked. People are refusing to play if they see him in the game and often there's too many afks to kick him straight away.

So Necroplant Is permabanned? Then how come he isn't insta-kicked?

then report them, i already stated what can be done, i have been on staff and we have done just about all we can to stop them. if we were to enforce anything further it would require us to get into blizzard files that are locked, so unless you have a way of getting to the blizzard files, deal with it

The staff did everything, the problem is we have to wait for DR himself to update the map.
Just be patient.
