sure you may deserve it, but if he doesn't really know you, then he's probably not going to give it to you.

I know I would be a good moderator and have an established track record of being fair with power, but he doesn't really know me as a friend, so he has no reason to give me any power especially if additional moderators aren't warranted (as is the case).

Best way to gain moderator status:

1: Host many games and be a well known figure in the mafia community.
2: Have previous moderators that can vouch for you.
3: Have 0 history of doing extremely stupid things in games.
4: Post often and contribute on the forums.
5: Send nudes to DR, he likes that.

A majority of us are currently busy with forum mafia, you'll probably notice a rather significant spike of activity from the moderators between them. The same probably applies to SC2 as well, I've been on off and on when I'm not out doing the RL thing, I'm pretty happy to see the channel is a lot more populated recently.

I believe I've seen you around on SC2, and if I'm not mistaken we probably aren't acquainted because I'm not a big fan of your setup. I could be wrong, though.

I keep a good setup on hand but I rarely host. I just play other people's games, regardless of what they are. Too many people ragequit and ruin the game, I figure if I don't like that and don't want to be part of the problem, I might as well be respectful and play any setup that's hosted.

I just noticed I qualify for everything but number 1. If DR asks me for nude photos, he'll have a shitload by the end of the day.
