I don't think blue is the cure. If Citrus died instantly to the poison, not much point in a cure for a dead guy. Unless it's a magic pill of resurrection that brings dead people back to life.

He didn't die super-instantly. He was like following me, talking normally asking for alliance when he suddenly coughed, eyes bled out, stopped to breathe and fell on the ground.
