They are notified regardlessly, but they won't know the exact target. They can't tell the difference.

They decide for their own actions, and none else.

No, but too many would be kind of obvious.

As long they fulfill their Blackmail, nothing bad happens. They can reveal the blackmail, as long it do not contradict the blackmail itself.

Interrogator seems really underpowered if it can't jail ever, maybe have it so that both Jailor and Interrogator can jail on lynch but only Interrogator can still execute.

When a Marshall reveals, all lynches are "forced" and targets are cleaned. There's no hammers.
Even 1 vote is enough to lynch due to the Marshall, if there's a tie on votes by 3+, random will happen.

It's random, regardless of the number of players tied.
