Summary: Standard game, triad, witch, jester, town.
As game went on, Tychus (the witch) eventually found the triad. The witch then began coordinating with the jester to ensure a jester win by killing all the triad. The witch used the triad to hunt down the other triad, and then helped lynch a triad. The witch then tried to force the town to lynch the jester to get the jester a win.

The witch deliberately killed the triad to prevent them from winning.

At this point the second gamethrow occurred by FrozenFrost (jailor). At the end of the game it was witch, jester, jailor, and investigator. Investigator reveal, and let jailor know all he had to do was kill witch and town wins. Jailor then executes jester, and then executes the investigator so the witch gets a win.
This was a deliberate gamethrow by the jailor, as he clearly know who the investigator was. Further, he admitted after the game that he gamethrew intentionally.

I'm pretty sure these were independent gamethrows, but they could have been friends (or could have been coordinating outside the game). Regardless, the triad should have won, but the witch gamethrew and prevented them. Then, at that point the town should have won, but the jailor gamethrew so the witch could win.

All this basically happened in the last 3-4 days of the game, with most of the shouting and action occurring in the last 1-2 days and aftergame chat.
