Any way to stop banlisted players from joining and leaving instantly?

Necroplant fatchicks and CharlieSheen all doing it on the EU servers. Makes it hard to play

sadly no, come to NA, fatchick does it here but at least we have more intresting pubs, we can usally get 13-14 players each time

I guess I could play on NA. I dont imagine that distance lag is a huge issue in a game like this, but it could be annoying
