Don't really see how this is a buff, since the cult will know the spy is either mafia/spy and will get him lynched regardless.

Spy can already be quite overpowered anyway, seeing as one of the options enables him to see ALL mafia targets, but I think I agree with you on that spies should be able to hear cult. Seems silly that they can't.
