I don't think we deal with Skypers unless there is concrete evidence that he is ruining a lot of games. There is no harm in quitting and starting a new game, or just dealing with what players you are matched up with. If you wanted to play a perfect game, then the result would've been obvious that you didn't have to play in the first place.
